USCIS Service Centers	Does USCIS Case Status Website Secure?	If you are an internet hacker and knows how USCIS code their receipt numbers, you can actually pull all NOAs USCIS sent out. Well, the content doesn't provide too much of information, but if you can pull out all of them, at least you know what USCIS work load looks like and what people are applying for. China	What's inside P3 from Guangzhou, China	My fiancee's family scanned P3 and emailed to us. They only asked the first three things that included in ExExpat's Instruction.Online DS-160, copy of passport information page, and two passport photos. My fiancee is with me now and her family in China just noticed her that she received a letter from consulate in Guangzhou. We believe it should be P3 since I also received a letter today has a NVC case number started with GUZ2014xxxxxx. We are wondering if we can send back P3 from states. China	Transferring money between the US and China	Thanks but that is what I'm doing now.  I got a prepaid debit cart to do just that was sharing what I found with others and also looking to see if anyone found any better way.  Still trying to figure out how to send money from China to the US easy too.   What I found out was that my fiancee have people send USD to my Paypal account from China. China	Transferring money between the US and China	I was going to send 500 usd to China via BofA but their rate was horrible and the fee was I think 35 dollars.   I ended up going with Western Union which was only 12 dollars and the exchange rate was 6.07 opposed to BofA 5.7 so I saved a bunch there also.   The only hiccup was that all the western union pickup locations on the site were not correct.   My fiancee finally found western union at the main bank in her city after trying three other nearer locations that were listed but they didn't know anything about westen union.   One thing that I would like to comment is that you don't have to exchange the currency in here before you sent it out. Chinese bank allows multi currency and your fiancee can exchange them in China. She will receive a better exchange rate. In the other words, you can send your fiancee money in US dollar and she will receive US dollar in her bank account. Once she receives it, she can exchange US dollar into RMB with the rate over there. United States is the worst place in the world in terms of retail exchange rate. China	Transferring money between the US and China	I'm talking about sending money to China without being there or sending money to the US without being in the US.  Example,  Wife here in US and friend wants her to get something and send it to her.  How to cheaply have them send us the money.  Or waiting for K-1 visa to be processed, need to send money to help with the cost of getting K-1 how to send money to China to help out.   I have wired some money to China from my bank account to my fiancee's bank account in China. Some people never receive the text or email, I did but it was 4 days after my check was cashed. And the Dallas lock box gets deliveries 7 days a week but then your case will be transferred to the Vermont service center   No, the check has not been cashed yet. Thanks. By end of 11/20, I have not receive any email or text for NOA1 from USCIS. Is this normal? Is there a phone number I can call to check if they actually have my package? Dear VJ and everyone,   Thank you all for being there to help us through this difficult process.  It took us a total of 13 months, but we did!  today we got approved for the K-1 visa and it came in the mail to our local citic bank where my fiancée picked it up.   I have a question if anyone knows the answer, that would be awesome- my fiancée would like to visit hong kong before she leaves china, would she be able to use a K-1 visa as a transit visa to enter hong kong and leave a few days later? Also, would she be able to enter by Shenzhen by the overland border, or would she have to fly into hong kong airport?   The last part is especially important because flying into and out of hong kong would be 2 international flights, which is something that we can't afford at the moment.   It has been so stressful, but to anyone and everyone who reads this- just keep going, don't let it get you down!   much love and luck to all!   I don't know the policy now. I did that 15 years ago but I was questioned by Chinese border control why I go to Hong Kong. I have to show them the ticket from Hong Kong to USA. Dec 5 - Dec 10 ... and today is Dec 12. *sigh* Gotta be patient. And I check other timelines that filed around the same times, no NOA2 approvals, only with exceptions with cases from the Philippines, probably because those cases are expedited.       That's probably why we all got excited due to VJ computer program glitch. I am tired of go to China. I have traveled to China three times already since I met my fiancee in April. I was so afraid of getting her troubles to apply tourist visa for her.
