K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	divorce papers for I-129F	hi ya sorry i know this question had probably been asked thousands of times , but i have looked through this site so many times i start getting confused ..duh me my question is can i scan my orignal divorce papers and e.mail them to my USC fiance for the I-129F petition or can i just get it photocopied and then send snail mail or does it have to be a notarized copy any help would be good thanks	Tracey-LUVS-Rudy	Female	0	2006-06-21 16:37:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Should We Be Worried	My USC fiance sent package to NSC on the 20th September ,we have checked tracking number and it has been recieved ..but still no NOA1 .. a money order was sent instead of check and still has not been cashed the day it was sent ,he read a post here about having wrong date on check ,and when looking at photocopy of money order realised he had put 2002 and not 2006 ,so we just kept our fingers crossed that they would cash it anyway or just let us know they needed a new one But we haven't heard anything yet ,should we be worried ,or are there others out there waiting this long for NOA1 from NSC	Tracey-LUVS-Rudy	Female	0	2006-10-04 16:41:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	ummmm yep i did it	i did it no dening it at all... i misdated the money order that i mailed off on 9-20-06 but not by only a few months or days. but by years!!!!!! four to be exact. with so much running through my head that day i wrote 09-20-02 instead of 09-20-06 all is better now though i have just re-mailed the petition off today and yes this time i have the right year. heres hoping i didn't mess anything else up. i still love ya honey ....wow my perfect man makes mistakes ,another reason i love you did ya put the right amout ,did ya sign it , did you have the right address ( just kidding baby ) talk to ya soon hugs and kisses your little kiwi Well it doesn't look like you're in the dog house Rudy.
