USCIS Service Centers	Saudi Arabia Mill Process Time (it's over 50 days)	This is email i have got from USCIS :       Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LINXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status. This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case.  This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS. USCIS Service Centers	Saudi Arabia Mill Process Time (it's over 50 days)	Hi, when i submit I-130 for my husband, I have used P.O.Box at saudi postal office to receive any mails from USCIS.   I got from USCIS case number and they routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing and they mailed me a notice describing how they will process my case, Now it's over 50 days since and i have chucked my P.O.box and nothing coming, what should i do is there any way i can tell the USCIS to resend it as express mail with DHL or should i wait longer ??     THANKS,	Ba3lwi	Not Telling	Saudi Arabia	2013-12-23 05:00:00

This is the massage I got from USCIS :     SUBMIT NIKAH NAMA   The marriage certificate you submitted in support of your petition is, alone, not sufficient evidence of your marriage to XXXXX. You must also submit a photocopy of the Nikah Nama. If the Nikah Nama is not in English, you must also submit a complete English translation.   Do you think I should submit more evidence to them or submit what they request only? NIKAH NAMA is the documents which written on the day of NIKAH ......   Having all information including HAQ MAHAR.....   You belongs to sudia and muslim , you have to know it very well...   if they are asking marriage certificate then its other thing.....its a certificate issue from your council or court being a married person   Thanks for your respond. I am from Yemen, In Yemen the second evidence for marriage is ( COPY OF MARRIAGE REGISTRY ) !!   Do you think I should write them a letter explain this is the document that represent the required evidence ? List names of any previous spouse's. List names of all children their date of birth and city of birth. Provide contact information for family members in Yemen.   Do anyone have sample of statement that cover all the above, Please I don't know how to write it perfectly ??   Another question : this statement should be written only by my wife ( US citizen ) or I should write one more ???
