US Citizenship General Discussionspouse's immigration status on I-400
Hi Guys,
Please help me to sort out this question G (2) on I-400: Immigration status of prior spouse.
If my husband's prior wife is a U.S. citizen by birth, do I check the box "U.S. Citizen" or the box "other" and write "none"?
I am thinking that U.S. citizens don't have no immigration status but I'm not sure...
Your replies are appreciated!

Are photos actually go into the package with I-751 which needs to be sent or just needed to be brought to the interview?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresQuestion about when to get documents
My police records (from Russia and Turkmenistan) were valid for 6 months, medical exam is valid for 1 year, just they needed to be taken in hospitals assigned by US embassy, not in any hospital. Divorce certificate did not matter, mine was taken 15 years ago and it was fine for visa interview.
