K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	need some advice	We tried the visitors visa route twice and were denied both times. I ended up going to see him and I'm so happy I did. You may have better luck with the Embassy there but don't get your hopes up. A back up plan to go see her is a good idea. Good luck, I hope you have a great time either way! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	need some advice	Hi all, this is my first post so i hope i do it right, anyways to get to the point, I have a girl friend that is from the philippines and is now working and living in Dubai UAE, we met online and have chatted and talked on the phone now for awhile long story short, we would like to meet in person and take this relationship to the next level, and possibly pursue the K1 visa, but first we need to meet in person as part of one of the requirements of the K1 visa right, so can she come here to the USA on a visitors visa for us to meet, instead of me going there or what can i expect with her applying for a visitors visa.
