Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	LIFTING CONDITIONS..LIMITED INFO	HI everyone..been here in the US 1 year now..hello to all the ones who I went through all of this with .and good luck to all the newbies. My question is..My husband and I try and keep alot of stuff seperately...because of his ex wife. We file taxes jointly..have plenty of pics together..greeting cards from family and friends..will have plenty of letters..prooof also of car insur,. together. a couple of bills in both of our names. ..Will this be enough info you think??? thanks sleepless in vanc... ps Pixie Gunn if youre out there send me a note!!! From the sounds of things, it just looks like banking is kept separate, is that correct? Co-mingling is not limited to finances. Pledging inheritances, policies named as respective beneficiaries is also mingling correct..banking..visas etc is all seperate...but his name is on my medical ( i have the better plan...) car insur...some bills... some benef. stuff.... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 LIST	HELLO ALL YOU CR1'ERS....i CAME ACROSS jAN O5..SO MY TIME TO FILE IS COMING UP FAST.HERE IS WHAT I HAVE: WE DONT HAVE JOINT BANK ACCOUNTS OR CREDIT CARDS... WE HAVE JOINT HEALTH INSURANCE WE HAVE JOINT CAR INSURANCE JOINT TAX RETURNS A COUPLE OF JOINT UTILITY BILLS CARDS FROM EACH OF US TO EACH OTHER AND FROM FAMILY 4 LETTERS AOF AFIDAVIT STUBS FROM VACATION-WITH SEATS TOGETHER ZOO MEMEBERSHIP COPY OF OUR TICKETS WE JUST GOT FOR OUR HONEYMOON IN nOVEMEBER (FINALLY)... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	CSC ROCKS - I-751 APPROVED 10 year card	Wow..I'm estactic..and surprised...Im done!! Sent I-751 around Oct 12th/06...Had biometrics appt on Nov 14/06..touched nov 15. Today I got an E-mail stating ""CURRENT STATUS: CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED" says approx 30 days for new card to be mailed. Now..thats its for me..10 year card in the mail..Started this whole process FEB 22ND 2004. wE GOT MARRIED FEB 21/04. in Canada. Good luck to everyone..remember have patience through this whole process...its not worth the frusteration..just dot your I's..cross your t's...it will all come together.
