IMBRA Special Topicsk1 visa for p2,uscis need more evidence for PART C section 3
I am Markus and my fiance Huang Hua ,hope can help in our case. here.
I don't have anything on my record except for the 1 incident with my exgirlfriend. In this case I called the police and ended up on the short stick. Pretty much she lied and they took me away. I settled the case by pleading guilty and going to counseling classes and community service time. Oh and paying the fine. I have no contact with my ex anymore.

I send them the following information;
police report (not certified) - shows there is no serious injury
court document (certified) shows case progression and outcome- it was reduced to misdemeanor "disorderly conduct", plea of guilty, case closed

I would resend the information above with evidence of my 1 year of couseling with the state. I receive a certificate for this. I would also provide information what this class is about. Besides that I am not sure.

Any assistance in our case is greatly appreciated.
[here is letter from uscis

Initial Evidence Request – I-129F
Supplement to I-129F
You submitted a copy of a certified docket for closed case 07M03219X you need to comply with the below request for a waiver.
If you have committed a violent offense and seek a waiver, you must attach a signed and dated request for the waiver, together with evidence that extraordinary circumstances exist in your case. Examples of such evidence include, but are not limited to police reports, court records, news articles, and trial transcripts. Evidence of rehabilitation following your criminal conviction (s), combines with evidence of other extraordinarily compelling factors, may also be considered “extraordinary circumstances” that warrant the granting of a waiver.

USCIS shall find that extraordinary circumstances exist in your case if you can establish that you were being battered or subjected to extreme cruelty by your spouse, parent, or adult child at the time you committed your violent offense (s), you were not the primary perpetrator of violence in the relationship, and:
• You were acting in self-defense;
• You violated a protection order intended for your protection; or
• You committed, were arrested for, were convicted of, or plead guilty to committing a crime that did not result in serious bodily injury and where there was a connection between the crime committed and your having been battered or subjected to extreme cruelty;
