USCIS Service Centers	How long we have to wait for I-130	My husband filed a I130 petition for me on february and i received the first notice on nov 15, 2013......on nov 19 i received another notification saying that on nov 18 my case was transefered to my local uscis office.....then i need to wait for "decision" ......i logged in my acc online and signed up for text & email notifications so is faster to get them instead of waiting any news by mail....i wish someone can tell me how long it takes to process my case & the desicion about my I130 peticion....good luck friends	SUSYOG	Not Telling	Argentina	2013-11-19 19:20:00

But how come I received it twice yesterday at 10pm and today at 5AM? how many times should they transfer my case? On November 21, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	221g Police clearance from other country	Once I applied for Police Certificate (I guess this is how they call it) and sent it, I received it in 2 weeks (it was sent from Lithuania). They were great with this.They even sent me an e-mail note after they received my application stating that my information given to them was presented ok. Oh I see...thank you very much...2 weeks? I am done with my interview last feb 10 in US embassy manila but they asked me to obtain police clearance from UK first before they will issue my visa they give me back my passport and instruct me to request police clearance from UK.
