National Visa Center (Dept of State)	K1 visa fee.	Hi all, I'm confused about one thing and need your support ASAP. My interview is on 21/09/2012, I've submitted all the documents at the VFS and ready for an interview. We've already paid $350 visa fee while filing the petition back in Jan, 2012. I'm so worried please help me out with this, I just want to know wehther I've to pay $240 as a visa fee again at the US consulate, Mumbai on the interview day or not? Will be awaiting for your reply. They do not have my PP, I've it with me and the requested documents, and the VFS person is telling me to wait till the contacts me for to submit the required documents and my passport so thats why I'm kind of worried... That was a real moral support and I know there is no other thing then waiting so I was just confused to wait after submitting the documents or before submitting thats why I posted this thing, cause there are lot of ppl like us who need assistance about the K1 visa.... National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Need a resolution...	Hi all, Once again I need your help based on your experience. I've went for my K1 visa interview on Sept 24, 2012 in Mumbai. Interview was fine but I didn't had the original of I-134 so the interviewer told me to submit it at the VFS along with my passpoet and wait for the consulate to contact to me by giving me the 221g form. So, I told my fiance about it and got the original I134 and then I went to VFS on Oct 1st, 2012 to submit my required document along with my passport but they told me that my case in under administrative processing and I have to till consulate contacts me to submit the requested documents along with my passport as it has been marked in my 221g form "YOUR CASE IS UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING, WE WILL CONTACT ONCE WE GET DONE." I had a big argument over this with my fiance and my relationship is about to come to an end before this visa thing is going to be finalise. I don't know what should I do, belive on what VFS is saying or what. Shall I have to till the consulate contacts me for submitting the documents along with my passport or just keep bugging them? I have attached the 221g letter which I got from the consulate after my interview please look over and help me out. Will be awaiting for your replys. Regards, Yogi... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	About K1 visa...	Hi, everyone... Myself Yogesh Puri, I am from Nagpur, India I am in a relationship with an American woman and we are about to start our K1 visa procedure next year. But before going to start this K1 visa procedure I am confused like how to start, what documents are rquired, how much in total it will going to cost, where to give medical examination, when to give and just like that. So please any can help me with this? Like letting me know about the whole procedure from Packet one to Packet four to final interview date?? I will be awaiting for your replys..
