Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionis there an interview for the 10 year green card
We don't have any interview here in Michigan. I think it depends on the jurisdiction of your state. But so far as I know, none of the Removal COndition applicants had been interviewed.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionWe do not have much evidence in first year of marriage
I think it doesn't matter as long as you lived together on the same roof during those years, all they want to know is that both of you are still living together and happily married! smile.gif

Good luck on your application!

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionAffidavits from family/friends
I submitted an affidavits too absolutely from my husband's family and I have no problem about it. It's not mandatory but if you have no complete evidences to submit then you need more evidences about your genuine relationship.

Copy of US Citizen's driver's license to show living at same address.

Copy of life insurance showing beneficiaries - don't have any. No wills either, before you suggest that. Since there's no kids or other dependants besides me, we don't need them.
utility bills - all in DH's name. He makes the money and pays the bills, not me...
phone bills showing both names - in DH's name (even though we both have a handset.)
Christmas cards - didn't keep the envelopes & anyone can write a card anyway!
vacation pics showing being together.

The list is endless.

It doesn't matter if you don't have any letters or cards that being sent addressed to both of you, I didn't have any of them too when I filed but have no problem with my application.

Don't forget to send some pictures of you together too since you met up to the recent ones!
Your Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate of your child born on this marriage.

Good luck!

PhilippinesPOE Detroit
My POE was Detroit too, it was just so easy since the immigration lines that time was fast since there's only few people was there. All they did was check my passport and visa, then they ask for the paperworks from the Embassy (yellow Envelope) and the form I-94 that I filled up aboard. Then, they asked me some questions maybe 2 to 3 questions. And then, they instructed me to go to other corner of the booth to fill up and sign a form.

After that I'm all done, we went to the baggage area and exit....

Philippineswedding cost in Philippine
this is my answers:

1. if you choose a church wedding it must be 100k and up with 50 to 100 people if you could find cheaper but elegant things for your gowns, give aways, invitations, flowers/corsages, bridal entourage etc. then you can save...

2. I planned my wedding for about 2 months and it was quite enough though ...maybe a month was kinda short since you have to send out the wedding invitations 2 weeks before your wedding.

3. Maybe Civil wedding would work this out..if you only have a month for the waiting process..

4. Just visit this US Embassy Manila site for further information regarding marriage in the Philippines.

Marriage of American Citizens in the Philippines

Hope it helps!

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI made up my mind- I'm going with CR-1
well, if you really want your wife to be you ASAP better send two applications, either k3 or Cr1, which ever comes first! But Cr1 is much better since no problem anymore with the papers, no more applications whatsoever except on removing conditions when the expiration comes but its worth it! One fee for all!

Good luck anyways!
