K-3 Spousal Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsVisa Approved
Wow! Congratulations on your approved visa! I was just wondering why you decided to continue the K3 since you got the NOA2 for both I-130 and I-129F. I need some advice as me and my husband is planning to file the K3 but other VJers suggest to go to the journey of I-130.

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresMarried In The Philippines
Hello Chris and Joyce,

Legal capacity to Contract Marriage is a legal requirement to marry in the Philippines. Since you were not informed about it and you did not get it before you got the license, better to call the Us embassy in Manila to find out what you should do about this. I just hope it won't be a big problem for the NSO to release your Marriage Certificate/Contract. Good luck and God Bless

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresTransfer Notice
Thanks Dale_Trisha,

That's what I've thought but if you will read the Guides for the K3 in VJ website, it requires Transfer Notice that is why we are looking for it and wondering where is it.

Thank you for your response though.

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresTransfer Notice
K3 VJers,

My husband received the NOA1 last friday and we are planning of filing I-129f form soon. However, hubby said that he only have the NOA1. I believe that one more document is required for the I-29f package is the Transfer notice. Do they send the Transfer notice in a separate mail/sheet or located from the NOA1?

Please let us know! Thank you so much in advance!

this is what i found about it:

INA 212(g)(2)(B) provides a waiver in any case where the panel
physician determines that a required vaccination is medically
inappropriate. In such cases, the panel physician will indicate on page
two of the Form DS-2053, Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee
Applicant, if the vaccine history is incomplete and which type of waiver is
requested. You must refer to Form DS-3025, Vaccination Documentation
Worksheet, and may then authorize a waiver in accordance with INA
212(g)(2)(B) for any of the following reasons (see 9 FAM 40.11 N10.3 for
definitions of below categories):
(1) Not age appropriate;
(2) Contraindication;
(3) Insufficient time interval between doses;
(4) Seasonal administration; or
(5) Vaccine unavailable.

it might be because of the flu shot metro. they didnt give it to us cos they said it wasnt flu season. lemme know if you get that annotation too :) yes i am very positive you will bring home that pink slip :yes:

PhilippinesVISA APPROVED
Here is my interview exerience today!

We arrived in the embassy around 6:30am and notice that not much people in line but when we get inside the embassy, there were lots of applicant. We seated and waited to get the number and after 30 minutes (i guess) and had finger scanning. Then we had to wait again for the initial interview (pre-screening). Here are the questions in random order;

What is your name?
When did you get marry?
Where did Justin born?
Do you know Justin's bday? When?
How and where did you meet?
Do you have boyfriend when you left?
How long you stayed in US with J1 visa?

After that, he asked for pictures and greeting cards. He said we have to wait again for the final interview.

Questions of the consul as follows:

What is your name?
He asked my husband if he is my petitioner?
How did you guys meet?
Were you married before? (for me and hubby)
Did you work in other foreign country aside from US?
How long you stayed in US?
Do you have kids?

After answering all these questions, he said "Well i think i don't need anything from you, your visa has been approved!!""" YYYIIIPPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is true that you will forget your nervous feeling while youa re waiting for your number to be called. I am glad that hubby was with me during the interview! I also met Mypapabear! hehehe!

PhilippinesSSN and GC
Hello Mrs West,

Thanks again for giving me the shortcut for the USCIS. I spoke with them right after you gave me the shortcut keys, hehe and as what Abbie said, they sent it to me March 16 but it was sent back to them as the address where they sent it was the PHYSICAL ADDRESS (for UPS< FedEx, LBC and DHL only). I checked our papers about the address where to send the GC and we put the mailing address which is our P.O. Box. I am not sure why they got the physical address if they are using USPS. Oh well, however it happened, now I have to wait for another 30 days which is really ridiculous.

Thanks again for your help and I appreciate it!

PhilippinesWhy there are pinays out there who feels so conceited about theirselves once they arrived here in the States?
hello Ladies,

In my opinion, other Filipinas who are acting "AMERICAN WANNA BE" (ika nga), think that they are better than other Filipinas.

However, one time, we had vacation in LA and Las Vegas, 2 Pinays at 2 Pinoys po. We had tour in LA and every FILIPINo that we will pass by binabati namin, sadly, hindi po sila babati.

I'm not sure if all of my opinion make sense to this thread, pero ang pinakamaganda dyan, hayaan nalang sila at isipin natin kung ano talaga tayo at kung ano yung kultura na nakasanayan at ipinagmamalaki natin.

PhilippinesCalling all PINAY ( who just arrive this YEAR here in USA)
Hello I just arrived here in Jackson, WY last sunday. Gising ako kasi nag-aadjust pa sa time but hoping to get over soon. I was bringing Manggang Hilaw at hinog but hindi pinalusot sa customs, kainis. Still busy meeting some relatives and friends pero hopefully in a week matatapos din to and try to settle down everything in the house.

All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures. Supporting Evidence that you submit may be photocopies. Retain ALL original supporting Evidence since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). Are these requirements updated? Is there any other documents that we must include in the Mail Package?
Thank you
