K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	email message from CSC - re RFE reciept...	hi monica. i live in southern california in Orange county, same county as where the USCIS CSC office is located so i did not do priority mail, fed ex or ups. I figured that if i used USPS, it would take one day for them to deliver it. and thankfully they did. However here are instructions as to what address you would send your RFE forms to: If mailed back through regular mail USPS the address is: US citizenship and immigration services California Service Center PO box 10590 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607 And if mailed through over night (Fed-ex, UPS, etc) then the address is: US citizenship and immigration services California Service Center 24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Rm 2312 Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 Barry, i know, im trying to be happy about this news and optimistic that things will go smoother this time around. i hope it means that they already did whatever checks they needed to do and just sent the supplementary form for us to fill out to be sure that we were honest about ourselves (USC). Im wondering what "maximum stated" meant. they did not say how many days it would take in the minimum or maximum. no time frames at all but i am hoping that it's not another 90-120 days... maybe it is in the real "paper" letter that they send us after the email notification? im not even sure if they will be sending out a printed letter to state that they have received my RFE. in any case i will keep you guys posted. thank you guys for your support	YnaYeBa0808	Female	Philippines	2006-06-30 20:00:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	received RFE...well, not really...	if they sent you back the whole form to sign or re sign, i would submit the new form together with the old form behind it. what's there to lose? maybe add another sheet (cover letter?) to explain that because the forms were updated, you will be submitting the new I-129F form together with the old one. if i were in your shoes this is what i would do. as for your signature, as far as i can remember, i submitted my passport and certificate of citizenship together with the I-129f form. i just made sure that my signature was consistent on all three... i hope this helps. just my two-cents... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	July 4th Anyone touched today?	i got touched yesteday saying they are sending the rfe out. i got it already and sent it back they received 29june (signed for it) then i received a touch today as well. Lets try to figure out what they are doing. I looked at everyones who has been touched today and cant find a pattern. different noa1 dates,,some people havent sent there rfe or received it yet. so maybe by last name? just trying to get a pettern. my last name begins with P. anyone else want to add to this? I just checked our case and we got touched July 4th. This is our third touch already, first NOA1 is April 04, first touched- May 1, 2nd touched - july-3, third is July 4th. I hope this means something something to all of us who are on the same boat. I am just trying to be optimistic. jpine my surname starts with Y. did you get the email that says they have recieved your RFE yet? i hope you got it. we received the RFE the same day and sent it out the same day as well.. hours apart. we both got touched today and yesterday... i wonder if this can be good news for all of us. Work, do they even work? LOL 159 days and still no noa2 so they obviously aren't WORKing on my case. I think CSC is starting to work and move on the cases transfered from Nebraska. My fiance got 2 emails from CSC saying they sent out the RFE on June 23,2006 so it should be there at anytime now..things are looking up for the march apps!!!! i really hope so. keeping my fingers crossed... i think they mass printed the RFE's to say June 23rd. my RFE statement said so but it wasnt mailed out until the 27th. Postmarked by usps... i didnt even get the email to say that the RFE was on it's way so i was just happy to recieve it the next day. im thinking you will get yours wed. goodluck I received the (2) emails today saying that my RFE was mailed out on June 23rd as well, however the postmark says the 29th. O'well all is good I received the RFE today and will send it back out on Wed as Priority Mail to California.
