So i received the white slip on the releasing officer..its say's on the papers : 212(a)(5)(A) you are not qualified under labor certification requirements You have no petitionable relationship with the petitioner.... so please tell me more about this matter... thank you for the feed back..although it's kind of depressing ... but thnx for listening to me.. Your mistake was, you filed the petition after you learned that your marriage has a record at NSO. Even if you never treated each other as husband and wife or did not used his surname as ur husband, under the Phil law, you are still a married woman bcoz u married him and secretly marriage is not excempted under USCIS rule. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	STUCK @ NVC for AP	Mine was also 7 weeks TO BE AXACT stucked at NVC(I was not aware that we were on AP, thought it was only normal to be reveiwed more than a month at NVC, until I found this site and wondered why they had their schedule, d fact that they I was approved before them) ...I wrote NVC tru email, they replied and papers sent to USEM on 27th and USEM received on Feb.2, now I have my interview sched which will be on March 2, 2009. But after 40 days stucked at NVC, they replied to my email about asking my case status. I sent email at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov and 10 days after, they informed me that my papers are totally sent here in Manila last Dec. 27. Im so happy bcoz im now on the next higher level of this journey...getting nearer to the most awaited part...interview time and receiving VISA. Its only a matter of silent prayer. Thanks GOD! [b] Hello, Im happy for you...at long last, you already received your NOA2...Mine got December 10, and NVC noticed was December 27...as i read few days ago, I learned that we need to gather our BC autheticated by NSO, Cenomar, passport, NBI, visa ID picture, appointed letter from embassy...NOA2 and NVC is accepted as I read someone shared in this forum. Have you asked the papesr from your fiance already? such as AOS, Bank Statement, employmet letter, latest ITR (most probably from year 2005 is a big help) W2, copy of his passport and evidence of your engagement...I've done mine, but still waiting for these papers...hope it arrives soon bcoz im now on my 30 days hayyy waiting... Im thankful that I came across in this site bcoz it helps me a lot gathering datas on how to make a good preparation for a successful journey. Don't have to be just PLDT landline like before.You can use any phone. Thanks. By the way, what number is to be called? I used 19091017878 bcoz it was stated there that only SMART AND PLDT landline have the access to call the embassy to set an interview date. By d way, My fiance just called me a while ago that he called manila embassy and informed him that they havent reecived yet our case from NVC...I dont know how possible is that since we were approved more than a month now, and i read some timeline here that a week after of approval they have a medical sched already. Philippines	Thanks God...AP is over.	I was about to sign out bcoz its already 10:15pm already, when I opened my inbox bcoz my email alert was noisy...I cant believe it, bcoz I found one email from NVC informing me that NVC has completed its processing and has been forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General for further processing. I sent an email last January 21 to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov about the status of my visa and after a week they respond with a good result. At long last, im now totally out from AP since December 17 of being stucked up there. Its very easy just to say i will wait, but the actual waiting is really hard....but now, im released from NVC and will be facing another level of this journey and thats in USEM Manila.
