Does Fiance need police report from country he lives in and his home country?

The co sponsor simply provides an I-134 and financial evidence for the form, like IRS retiurns or transcripts, employer letter, pay stubs.

You, the petitioner still provide an I-134 too even if using a co-sponsor.

Since I-134 is needed at the time of interview, NOT when filing I-129F, this tread is being moved to consulate/embassy forum.

Packet 3 Petitioner received in email??

Hi everyone I am the petitioner and I received the packet 3 in my email.
My question is will my Fiance still receive the packet through DHL?
I am confused as to why they sent it to me instead of him. He still has not received anything.

Hello everyone after all the stressing and the worrying we got our email notice today that the
hard copy NOA2 was mailed on the 8th Thank You Lord!!!! And thanks to all you on here who have been
so helpful I know there is still a lot to do but I feel so much better now!!

Just wanted to say Hi and Introduce myself

Hi everyone,
My name is Tracee and I am engaged/married to Mohamed Ahmed Madani Ibrahim.
I was told of this group by a friend I met on VJ by the name of Aya she is engaged to John.
She said this is a great place for support in going thru this process.

Mohamed (Mo) and I met online 2 yrs ago talked via phone and internet....one day I received an e-mail
from him asking me to marry him that was April 15th 2008. In August 2008 I went to Italy which is where he is living and working...he is from Suez Egypt. We had 9 wonderful months together. I came back to the States to start the visa process
and as everyone else I am struggling with being away from him and not knowing when I will get to be with him again.

It is very hard for us to be able to talk with work schedules and time differences.
It is also hard for me to get him to understand some of the process and this has me worried.

Anyway that is my introduction for now. I hope to make friends here.

Hi I filed the I129 in late May but have not heard anything since the NOA1.
Mohamed and I talk a lot on the phone....very expensive and use the cam also.

I check everyday many many times a day!!!

Honestly I spend my time worrying all the time and missing Mohamed
thinking about where he is and what he is doing when we aren't talking.
With the time difference and our work schedules it is hard for us to talk.
We do manage to talk at least once a day though.

My husband says it needs some kind of stamp but it does not need to be translated at the interview.
I will look and see what kind of stamp it was supposed to be.

Police Certificate in Egypt

My husband went and got his Police certificate for our interview in Egypt on the 12th of Jan.
He asked the officer about having the stamp and was told no that his signature was enough.
Is the true will it be enough for the embassy or should he go back and ask for the stamp again.
Could someone who has been through this please let us know, thank you.

DHL receipt

We had our interview and he was approved but still put on AP for security check.
Now we have noticed that the case number in the DHL receipt is wrong by one number.
Does anyone know if this will cause a problem or not?

Arrived at Delivery Facility in Cairo Egypt (this means it has arrived at whichever city delivers to the address..in our case Nasr City, Cairo)
With Delivery courier (this means it is out for delivery)
Signed by ______(this means VISA IN HAND!! woooohoooo)"

Thank you it just looks like to me that someone called to have the passport sent back to my husband's home

All I know is I will not be used or disrespected for all that i have done.

address in native alphabet?

Hi
I am in the process of filling in the paperwork on the k-1 form.
What I need to know is where it says if your fiance's native language is
other than that of the roman letters to write his name and address in
his native language. He is from Egypt but lives in Italy, and I know how to write
his name in Arabic but not the address. Do I really need to do the address also

Money order or check??

Hi everyone
Should I send in a money order or a cashiers check, which is best?
Also if its a money order can it be from a post office does have to be a specific type
