K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question about co-sponsor	Let me just start off by saying what a great site this is, I've learned just about everything i need to know thanks to you guys! There is just one thing i cant find the answer to. A couple years ago my cousin asked my dad to be a co-sponsor for her husband, my dad after some time agreed and they got approved without a problem. Now i'm getting my I-129f forms ready but the way things are going for me, i know i will need a co-sponsor. Will i be able to use my dad even tho he was already a co-sponsor before? I was speaking to the family lawyer about the K-1 process and told her i used the example form given on this site, i told her all my fiancee had to do is sign it and return it to me. but she argued with me and said the only paper i should be sending my fiancee to sign is the g-325. She also says i cant send out the I-129f packet until my fiancee gets her mexican passport, is this true? I was hoping i can send out the I-129f while my fiancee waits for her passport. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question...	My fiancee has her interview on thursday. Is it true that once she gets her sealed packet, that she has to go to the border to get it signed off before flying to the US? My fiancee said she asked her twice if she had to stick around for her responce and she said no, that she was done. It's weird cause my fiancee says she actually got along with the interviewer and they were having a conversation and laughing. They asked hes some questions about my dad since he was my co-sponser. But after that she said "thats it, wait one week for your response" I'm just worried because from what i'v heard, they let you know if you're approved or not at the interview, correct? She said she will know if she passes or not in a week. Is this normal? We were expecting to know today. I'm very nervous about this. I'm at work, so sorry that i didnt put much detail into this post.
