K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Hello people, my fiancé called USCIS today again and they told HIM that they actually work on august, 16th 2013 petitions!!!! I know on igor's List you see people getting approved ALREADY from december 2013 but oh well, that's just the information I can give ya'll here that they told him! Another fact is that they passed now our receipt date from august, 12th 2013!!!!! My fiancé asked for a service request and they told him that they will contact him in the next 15 days or less to tell us what's going on!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Trisha I called USCIS again to see what date they are working on, they told me the same thing from last week, that they are working on july 16 cases. I already heard this one week ago they said july 16, and they also said everyday the date moving up. So how come they keep saying the same date a week later??????? This is soooo hopeless oh my dear God!!!!!! Im getting so mad now!!! I hope Davy&Lynette are ok, we don't hear from them, I hope they are holding on. Hey, my fiance called there too on thursday last week and they told him we should call next week again because they are not always UPDATING their time window on the PC! So it's possible they told us that they are already further.... But didn't updated their computers yet.... We have a hard time since he left on january 11, 2014 :'( we argue almost everyday because this situation is so &%#$£ stupid! We both know it is because of this bullsh!t and that we can't be with each other..... because we have such wonderful and amazing times and moments when we are together! Do you know the song STRONG from London Grammar? It makes me cry everytime i hear it ...... Anyone know what date they are processing now and does my clock start in August because of the transfer even if I filed in July? It is so frustrating. Hey, we were filling in august 2013 too and got transferred to TSC from the beginning... No other Service Center. I'm sorry I don't know really an answer on your question because of when your timeline starts but my fiance and me we called last week because we have reached the 5 months processing time...they told us last week on monday that they would work on july16, 2013 petitions.... The tier 2 officer told us that we are NOT over normal processing time yet as long as they haven't reached august 12th yet! Btw My senator haven't respond to any of my calls or emails...... I just spoke to USCIS they said that TSC is running 22 days behind and working on july 15 cases.... They said to wait another 22 days and if approval doesn't come by then, I can request a service on a case which will take from 15 to 30 days to respond. Unbelievable!!! Hey Hakobrena, my fiance just called because we reached yesterday the 5 month of processing time! And they told him exactly the same things like you said here! Actually they work on july 16th (my birthday) lol petitions...... He talked to a tier2 officer too! We can keep calling and always get to know the date they work on..... So if you call and get any new dates they work on pls let me know here I will do the same thing here.... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	I think here are a lot of people that know from the beginning that it takes 5 months or more!!! But in "my" opinion its much easier when you already have the NOA2 and then wait for whatever the next things might be that make your case delayed! I wouldn't be stressed for example if it would take NVC 8 weeks or longer to get our case, as long as I know that we are "approved"! I think it's easy to say all this when you are already approved and blessed with a NOA2, IDK but I think I wouldn't talk like this when I would be already approved, especially that early, and talk to other people this way with staying calm and be patient! They sure know to be patient and that they have to... I wouldn't bother other people with all this that are waiting longer for NOA2 If I would be already approved! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Yes Trisha I spoke to level 2 officer.... thats what he told me... he also said that it looks like the case have no problems but it usually takes 6 or 7 months. And that they are processing July 13 cases at the moment. That is crazy!!!! Unbelievably crazy, I can't go visit my fiance at this moment, but he is having a hard time being separated for so long. I feel helpless, I don't know how to help this move faster, sad..... very sad On the official website from the government we found a link with the volume of petitions that TSC (!) has to work on! They showed us their workload for october 2013!! There are still over 4.000 petitions pending and have been OVER 3,000 petitions already(!) approved for OCTOBER 2013!! Why are they saying to you they work on july 13th petitions when these petitions already got approved? I'm speechless :-O about the fact that they work on july 13 cases and here on VJ you see cases getting approved from November and October 2013?! I KNOW it is only showing a few out of probably thousands(!) but how is this working?! @#!&&@# man o man it makes me so mad and sad I could cuss the whole day about it and I know not one little thing would change..... Yes still waiting for our NOA2, we approached 5 months on January 7, Called USCIS to request service, they said that regular processing time is not 5 months, its usually 6-7. And to wait untill atleast 6 months period is over, then to call back and request servise on my case, which will take another 2-4 weeks. Its unbelievable it got me all pissed off..... !!! Congratulations to all who's going to see their fiance very soon.....!!! WOW! Hakobrena I'm so sad and at the same time mad to hear all this! My fiance will call on january 12th too and I already told him to not just talk to the first person on the phone... He needs to talk to a tier2 officer.... Were ya'll doing the same? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	OK, I talked to the level 2 officer after waiting for 2hours, but I was able to put my phone number in and have them call me back.  Like hakobrena said they all talk like robots, he basically said everything was fine and normal, I felt like they lost my packet since I haven't heard from them, but he said that everything was fine and right now it's taking like six to seven months for them to approve "these" packages, he said my package hadn't even been assigned to an adjudication officer yet, I wanted to cuss I swear and say so my packet is just sitting somewhere on someone's desk for the last 5 months, I know it has dust on it, I just know it...anyway..he then preceded to say that I can call back when my 5 month deadline is up to get the packet escalated..told me happy holidays and that was it, so basically we got nowhere, but I was glad to know that they haven't lost it, So my friends all we can do is put our patience cap back on and continue to wait...BUMMER!!! Oh man, seems like we all have our packet there somewhere and it's getting dust on it since almost 5 months :-C!!! We have the bad luck that they started to continue with the I-130(since there has been this "revolution" here on VJ with sending all these letters via fax or E-Mail to VIP's from USCIS) more now! Fine for them, I mean some of them really wait long already to get approved!!! But bad for us because k1 visas are coming back in the background because of this! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Trisha and Hakobrena, I did call today and spoke with customer service she told me the same thing, still within the processing time, I was like I'm three weeks away from my deadline and still nothing, she said it's not a deadline, it's just our processing window that they say and she said it could go over 5 months..(Say what???)  ..furthermore..I requested to speak to a level 2 officer and she said well he will tell you the same thing, I said I don't mind, but I would still like to..so the wait to speak to him is two hours and that's going to be about 5:45pm for me since I called an hour ago, really don't know what to say to him, but I'll think of something.  I'll keep you guys updated on what he will tell me.   It's just my luck that we would be one of thee three for four couples on VJ that haven't heard anything, but I'll keep my head up and see what happens when I talk to this level 2 officer.   Thanks to everyone for the well wishes!!! My hopes are already lost, a girlfriend of mine was telling me that her girlfriend is in the same situation like mine (she is german and he is american) and they are both still waiting for NOA2 SINCE 13 MONTHS!!! It makes me sick in my stomach and head to think about this! I'm so frustrated and close to give up on everything! It is so ridiculous and it seems like to much for me,... Pls what should I do? That's weird that we are still who have a lawyer are waiting?!? That's a good question hakobrena as Jan. 14 wil be five months for us also...I've called them before and they said that they would send in a service request to update me with my case, but I'm not really sure if we have to wait until the 5month process is over or can call a few weeks before the deadline. Such a bummer!!! How did you asked for the service request? Did you just asked what's with your petition? My fiancé wanted to call today too and I want that we get this service request too!! We used one too!!! We wait also over 4 months and 4 days today! I feel like it has to do because we used a lawyer or so..... :-S i wanted to see what's hakobrena is saying too... Sometimes I think just bringing the case up to someone's attention moves things along...that could be my imagination. We did, when we were in the beginning of month no. 3! There we just got the standard answer to wait the full processing time before we could get any more information,..... And nothing happend to our case..... My fiance wrote the senator from alabama an e-mail 3 weeks ago and he advised us to a higher person that can get an infopass from uscis about our case! My fiance wrote his secretary and she said to us to mail a letter with authorization that he can gets information for us from USCIS, Copy of NOA1 and my full name and birth date of me and so on.... Last email said alien registration changed on October 16th. Nothing since then.   Bob & Orlando I understand u totally!!! We filled on august 9th and still no NOA2 yet. I really really really understand your frustration and that you are upset. We are feeling the same for our case. :-( just wish you the best! I'm about to look through igor's list though and write all people that are already approved yet and ask them to update their timelines.... The list for august 2013 needs to get fixed! Im in the same boat here, soooooo tired of waiting and waiting.... it is sooo frustrating and depressing. My fiance is dippresed long ago over this process. I feel like he lost his faith and hope, even though he wouldn't say it..... It is SO wrong how they made this process a freaking Waiting Hell.... No changes on uscis site since Sept 4. I dont wanna tell you lets hang on a little longer im sure you've heard that too many times.... thats the last thing I wanna hear right now myself (( Yes, we are in the same boat!?? Sorry for spaming my "waste" here right now, but I want to let my feelings out now! :'-( I can't help it! I'm sooooooooooooo tired of waiting!!! Sorry for being so impatient and rude but I can't help myself anymore. I'm really losing all faith and I don't know what to do anymore! Since a few days I start to ask myself if all this here was correct!! I love my Baby really so much but is this right??? :'-( Why are people have to go through such a torture and some are MORE as others!?! Sorry, but I really have NO criminal background I was just getting one time denied when I wanted to see him again on June 30th for another 2 months, but I didn't know that I couldn't go after being just two weeks in germany........ We had never a thought about INTENT to immigrate! I know that it's just "3 months" what some of you would start to think now, LOL , but NO, when you have NO Job and have to sit every single day in your parents house for the NOA2 and no own car, THAN I bet some of you can imagine a little better my situation! I've been sitting here since 5 months and wait! Because I came back on June 17th (from a 2 months stay) from the US and we STARTED the papers with an attorney in July, so since June im sitting here and wait!! I'm freakin'out inside of me every single day!!! This is super bulls... sorry!!! I could right now start to cry in my pillow again,..... I don't even want to hear that we are close to it anymore, because this can't be true! There is nothing since over 3 damn months happening! And the luck seems to be not on our site!!
