But we have been confronted by some difficulties. Can anyone please tell me what documents do we need for the first step?We looked through a million web sites, but now we are more confused than we were. At first glance everything seemed so easy... I found some list of documents for filing the petition: 1. I-129F 2. Letter of intent to marry 3. Birth certificate (petitioner) 4. Submit a completed and signed Form G-325A (both) 5. Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph.(both) 6. FEE of $455 7. Proof of meeting in person within the past two years That's what we need? Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance. However, i got a paper which indicates that we are currently refused under the section 221 (g), i was asked to submit some missing documents. We have sent these documents today.
