K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI-129F
Bear w/ me. This is my first post. My husband (U.K. resident) and I are living just outside of London, U.K. As we've been married for only one year, we are required to work through the VCS in order to obtain the K3 visa/permanent visa rather than the London consulate.

We received a NOA for the I-130. It was sent to my permanent U.S. address as the USCIS will not mail anything outside the U.S (so I was told by a USCIS official). We followed that up by sending the I-129F form to the Chicago Service Center (Sept. 23rd). As of yet, I have not received ANY notice of receipt. We did sent it by registered Royal Mail, however, the only receipt we have was that it was received by the U.S. Postal Service (hmph!). I checked with my bank and the cheque was cashed on/around October 10th.

I tried calling them today, however, no luck getting through to a living being. I'm extremely anxious---I'm sure many of you can understand---especially not getting any sort of notice from them. I don't won't to be pushed to the back of the pending queue!

I would say u would be very lucky if u find someone live otherwise u listen 99% an automated message that read the same message as shown on online status

Been on the phone for +46 minutes, spoke to a "customer service" person who said she needed to elevate my case to a manager That was about 25 minutes ago---I'm trying to track down a NOA for an I-129F submitted about 6 weeks ago. Cheque has been cashed but the EAC number is illegible on the back of the cancelled cheque. Totally stumped her.

I'm not sure what USC means, but I have applied for a visa for my husband (U.K. resident). I am currently residing in England as well. But, I am homesick...

Hi. I've been trying to contact a real human being at the USCIS, but am not having any luck. Does anyone have any magic keys to unlocking this mystery. I'm trying to contact them from England and would like to avoid being put in the perpetual hold pattern as it's getting a bit costly.
