Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Ready to file for removing conditions but...	Ok. I am getting ready my package to remove the conditions on my residency but I have a question. About a couple of years ago I got a ticket for not paying the correct amount on the price of a trolley ticket, went to court and paid my fine of $25. My question is on the form part three question seven, asks if I was ever "arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?" Do I mark YES or NO? Is this consider traffic violation? I'm not sure and I do not want to get in trouble for it, should I submit a copy of that? What should I do? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	No Photos	How funny you ask this question because in the last two years my husband and I did not take pictures together at all and we little 4-5 events that we have pictures of are like so random he's not looking but he's in the background and vice versa and also we did not have a lot of pictures because he got laid off and had not much money left over to do trips anywhere where in other years we've had. so, I figured to send as much paperwork as I could. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 July 2011 Filers	so, I have not had a chance to let you all know but my approved letter finally arrived Tuesday in the mail. I actually got my letter first before the e-mail which was really funny, and as matter of fact I was already planning ahead for when July 24th came along and I did not have any kind of response from the uscis,(I had happened to call Monday to make sure that I can apply for citizenship with out the removal of conditions previously accepted, and there was no update on the case at least from what the operator told me) but as soon as my husband came in Tuesday with the mail we saw the noticed and seen that the date of approval was January 5 so, we were really happy to learn that, we can now relax. Now the citizenship boat I am not so sure we will be taking as soon as I am eligible just because its been a hard financially on us that we might wait, hopefully not too long, and I will get a passport along with my husband, since he's never had one we will go and apply together for one, at least that is our plan...
