Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	no second interview yet	question lang..during the interview the consul really told you that you should have a second interview?..how did you know that you wll have a second interview???..through e-mail???or what?...kasi nabasa ko parang sa interview wala namang problem sa docs mo..bakit may 2nd interview?confused ako sa story mo..anyways 221g then ako , i just completed the docs sa katapusan nang june..CO have it july3 ..lady on the phone i called last friday to call back on wednesday....waitig pa rin.... Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING	AP ako since july 13th..complete the docs they need last week nang June...tapos i called the USEM they cfirm they have my docs and forward the docs to CO on july 3...Since holiday sa July 4...Mga 5 working days pa and docs ko sa CO...Last friday i called...a nice lady advice me to call back wednesday next week...Sana may magandang news sakin...   Ask nilang docs sakin ay....NBI with my a.k.a. of my former since was married before at marriage contract na may barcode since its manually made..they ask me to send them the one with barcode....and i did on E-census....its option number 3 sa white paper na binigay sa atin....   Ladylex kailan and interview mo?tapos kailan mo submit docs na ask nila?natanngagp na nila?anong docs ask sayo?   Momanuele kailan date interview mo?tapos kailan mo rin send docs mo?anong docs ask sayo? National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Visa Status Check Confusion	K1 fancee visa belongs to immigrant visa when you check its status.....so when you enter your case to immigrant visa...it will tell you the status of your case...so as you said its ready then its ready.....dont check it on non immigrant visa it would give you invalid ...hope it helps... Philippines	K129f visa with estafa	I think you need to dismissed that case first..NBI would not give you a clearance unless you show them papers that the case is already dismissed, like court order stating that case is close or dismissed...hope it helps....
