K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI-129f part A question 11 for k3
I did a K1 visa it was approved she came here in nov 2008 went home feb 28. we got married in USA. she had to return home for family illness, I did not do a I131 for emergency travel when I did the I485. we with drew our I485, lost $1010. interview was this month on the 29th in los angeles. Now I must do a k3 to bring her back, do I need to answer YES on part A question 11, sound like I need to, I did do a k1 before, but want to be sure about this, also I send my I130 with our 325s biometrics. do you need to send the biometrics again when you send the I129f to the same place you sent the I130 after you get your noa1. The way I read it u need to send the 325s twice once when you do your I130, and again when you send your I129f. Thanks I did my k1 it went through with everyones help here with no problems, now I hope I can do it again!! Thanks everyone Hope someone has the answers Thanks in advance

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Proceduresinterview los angeles for I-130 they need more information
It has been about 10 months since I filed my I-130 and I-129f. I sent them back in May 2009. My 130 was sent to los angeles sept 26 2009, With a letter " They now have jurisdiction over this case". I called them and nobody ever has any info on my case. They just answer phones look at a screen that says my case was transferred to los angeles. I called last month told them my case was outside there processing times, They told me they would check, and if I did not hear from them in 45 days call them again. I received a letter from uscis to make an appointment and go to los angeles that they need more information on my case. Why didn;t I receive a a letter back in sept, saying they need more info? I wonder what they want? I will go to talk with them this friday 26 9am see what happens. Has anyone else here had to go to los angeles prior to approval of there 130 , for more info??

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionHow to do infopass appointment
QUOTE (Chuckles @ Apr 3 2009, 12:32 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Hi, how do I set up an infopass appointment? And, is there any other option?

My wife recieved her NOA from the I-751 about a month ago, and has already done biometrics. Our daughter was included in the I-751 and has not recieved an NOA, or anything for that matter. It is important we recieve one so we can travel, and of course, so she can be legal.

I have heard of the NOA's being seperated, but not by a month. Is infopass next step, or is there another option?

Thanks

Hi! I just did an info pass. you go to there website uscis look in the lower left corner and fill out the pass info. I went to los angeles with my pass said 10:30am appointment to speak with real person, but still had to take a number and waited till 1pm before they called me.

PhilippinesAge gap she is 18 turning 19 as I am 35
QUOTE (David_Dessa @ Nov 17 2009, 09:01 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Ok my fiance is 18 turning 19 within a month.
I am currently filling forms out. And preparing them to be sent in.

Yes some may think im crazy cause of her age. I thought about it many times. *But I Love her & am Happy with her*
But honestly At the beginning Never imagined being with her.
But in time things grew into more & couldn't get her out of my mind.
She is a great person & honestly not looking for money Thank god.

But down to my question.
has anyone gone to the interview and know what they say about that age gap?
Specific tactical questions etc?
My fiance is very shy and that is about all that I worry about.
And what issues that may cross our paths.

Idea's Suggestions Greatly appreciated.
I did hire a lawyer for the papers as I have a few complicated issues. in my thoughts.
example Taking time to perfect paperwork. etc. a bit of money for help to get it processed and done is better then spending 6months on my own to make sure it's all perfect.
I was going to do it on my own. until i read a bit deeper...

Thank you.

my wife is thai, and our age gap is 32 years. No problem at the interview, they ask how we met, how long have you known him, when was the last time he came to thailand. You do need lots of proof of relationship. pictures together, airline tickets to PI, hotel receits from credit card. copys of e-mail. phone records etc etc. send everything make copys of everything. u should have no priblem. I did a K1 brought her here, we married her father needed surgery she went back abadoned AOS Now I am doing k3 or cr1 filed in may still waiting. Good luck! Don't worry about age gap!!!

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsI spelled her name wrong on I-29f
I recieved my NOA1 today 1/9/08. I mailed the packet on 12/31/07. I noticed My fiance name was spelled wrong on the NOA1. I looked at my copy of my I-29f and sure enough I had spelled her name wrong there also. I typed 2 m's in her name instead of one. Her Thai name is Kamolluk, I typed Kammolluk. I Gues I should call them I hope They can just correct it over the phone. I checked my 325a papers and her name is spelled correctly there. I will call tomorow and see what happens. I hope they don't send it back! wacko.gif

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresMay filers california service center?
Thanks for the website! Maybe they are spreading out the work load! For your question why I filed again, Her father needed surgery before we had interview for aos, did the biometrics and had appointment for interview in april. I did not file form I130 for advance parole to travel. She wnet back to be with her father in Feb. I got an info pass and went to Los Angeles to talk to someone in person, they told me after the fact they could have gave me an emergency travel document at there office in los angeles. I talked with a supervisor who told me to buy a ticket for her and see if they will let her re=enter. The supervisor said she has seen it happen before when she was working lax and they let some one back into USA. I did not do it. I was already out 1010.00 for AOS. then another 800 for a ticket back and they might just put her on next plane back so I started k3 visa.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI 130 11 months later!
I filed I 130 may 20 2009, transfered to los angeles sept 26 2009. I received letter to make appointment with info pass to Los angeles request more information. I went to los angeles today. Waited an hour before I was called. They said my case was in transit. They did not have my case there. I showed them the letter from uscis for me to go there in person to give more info. she said she did"t know why but my case was in transit to a storage facility!!! She tells me she guesses someone was having a bad day when they sent the letter to me! WHAT??? She said she would get my file back to los angeles and come back in 3 weeks! I asked how will I know if my case is even here in 3 weeks! I asked to speak with a supervisor, was told they are all in a meeting. She did take my number and says!!!! she will check on my case daily and call me when it arrives 3-5 weeks. She said I can call the 800 number, I told her that was useless, she said don"t speak to the first person that answers that is only contractors working for uscis, I must ask for an immigration officer, I never Knew this before!! I thought when I called I was speaking to a uscis employee. She said they are contractor and U must ask for an immigration officer. 11 months and still waiting for approval
