USCIS Service Centers	VSC easily two months ahead of CSC at this point...	I am kicking myself because I told my fiancee waiting to get married till we get to the States will let us be together sooner. Now that K-1 times are the same or longer as consularly processing an I-130, we could have just gotten married and she would at least be here with a green card around the same time, so we don't have to spend more money in fees for the CIS, or extra hassle with it and with getting all her documents like her passports changed in her home country from the US once she changes her last name here in the US. It's pathetic. And they purposefully don't update the Processing times since Dec 31 so the Ombudsman doesn't get overwhelmed. USCIS Service Centers	CSC	I think everyone who has been waiting 7 months or longer should contact their congressman or woman to investigate their individual cases so CSC can see that we mean business. How do you update the website in March 2013 with a January 2013 timeframe? It doesn't take them any time to cash each check, but 8 month plus to process the application. Maybe they shouldn't cash the checks until they process the application. I paid $340 to wait as my application sits around as they work on other case loads? That's nonsense. We deserve an explanation and if everyone seemed help I believe we would see movements in CSC... USCIS Service Centers	I-129f processing , what we all need to do to bring this to someones attention.	I just wrote a letter to Marco Rubio of florida, I request you all do the same, I told him about the wait time, backlog of 129f's and how it seems to be priority on the dream act visa's . if you also write his office and once he starts getting more and more letters and e-mails he will be most likly check into into it, he is one of the people in congress pushing for imigration so lets make him also look at the people who are doing it legealy also. come on what harm will it do, its better then not doing anything.just type his name and you will find his website and how to contact his office. I wrote him too few days ago, and to senator Graham, I got respond form senator Graham saying that he will not respond personally to me due to large volume on emails and he responds only to NC residents. USCIS Service Centers	USCIS update	I saw this alert news on USCIS site : "USCIS ELIS Maintenance Outage Scheduled on April 21 The USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS) will be temporarily off line on Sunday, April 21 from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT as we update the system. We regret any inconvenience and encourage customers to try again later in the day." So soon we will know how many I-129F application did CSC approved for February, however I think will be the same as January. They started to approve more application in April.
