K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Advice?	Hello, My name is Katy. My fiance lives in Canada and I reside in Florida. He plans on moving here soon but I need some advice. I've read that you should file first and then get married, but then I've read that he should just come down as a visitor and get married then file. I realize that would be filing for two different things, right? I just don't know. All of the reading makes me overwhelmed and even more confused then when I first started.
