IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Police certificate expired	Hi, I hope some one can help me with the following question,   Due that NVC is taking too long processing my husband (he is from Honduras & lives in Canada) papers, by the time we get the interview appointment, the police certificate from Honduras is going to be expired. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Should I go to the interview?	This is a hotly contested topic. I posted about it after my husband's interview because for us it made a huge difference. My husband didn't remember the exact date of my last trip to Jamaica so the CO called me into the interview and I explained I had been there 14 times and then he asked me how many times since we were married. Then he asked me to confirm the dates of some recent photos. My poor husband was so nervous that he just was having trouble remembering dates. I know every consulate is different so I'm not sure about Cananda. But I am so glad I decided to be there with him because I'm not sure what would have happened if I wasn't. Hope this helps. Hi everyone , I hope Im posting my question in the right place..   My husband has his the interview in the Montreal, Canada consulate on February 21. Should I go with him to the interview? What are the pro & cons? Is the officer going to ask me question and maybe try to see if both of us agree on the answers? Have you paid the $165 USCIS Immigration fee yet ???? $165 ??? they didn't say anything about it at the interview, can you please give me more information about it.
