K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CONFUSION WITH K3 VISA	Hello every1....... I NEED HELP MAN..... Got married to my dream boy on 14 july 07...actually my husbands from states. he filed the actual thing on 24 aug...and the processing started on nov 9..... when ever i check 'case status on line it says "CASE RECEIVED AND PENDING" Y IS IT LIKE THIS.....WHATS HAPPENING MAN..... it has being 7 months and i have not received any thing nor heard from the embassy. IT SUCKS........ITS HARD TO STAY AWAY FROM MY DARLING EACH DAY GOES LIKE HELL ....M JUST TIRED MAN...TIRED OF WAITING N WAITING... WE THOUGHT THAT THIS SO CALLED K3 VISA WILL BE QUICK BUT ITS TAKING TO MUCH TIME... HAS SOMEBODY GONE THROUGH THIS SITUATION WHO CAN HELP ME OUT... IT WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.... However, the Support Fee Bill usually takes about 2-3 weeks. I can give you a hint as to when you'll be receiving packet 3. I went directly to the Embassy to get them, but let me tell you. You'll be expecting to receive two letters in the mail. One is for the Support fee bill for CR1 visa; however, you do not need to submit this since you are going to K3. And, packet 3 from the US Embassy covering your case. Just wait for Packet 3. Nothing else needs to be done. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	k3 visa	hello everyone.... oooh man m so happy today ...my husband rang me and told me that my our i129 f and i 130 are both approved...we received our NOA 2 he got a letter today saying that my papers will now be sent to the NVC.... from there they'll contact me... whats the procedure now...what will happen.... how long will it take for the NVC to contact the foreign consulates and embassies??? i just wanna know how long will it take for me to go 4 my interview.... has anyone gone through this process or is going through who can help me out.... anyones help will be highly appreciated.... The NVC usually takes about 5 days to process on average and then it will be sent to your embassy it depends on the country but that usual;ly takes about 10 days to get there! Once they recieve the petition they will send you packet 3 with a list of papers you need to have for the interview! After you send them in they will send you packet 4 with your interview date! Some countries like Russia only send one packet it depends where you are from? but your interview will most likely be in about 2 months or a little longer wat will dis packet 3 consist of is it the medical and police report? and marriage proves... Y IS THAT SO??? IS THE UNCIS LYING??? DO THEY UPDATE EVERY NOW AND THEN....... Chances are they have already processed your file and sent it to the consulate. Mine was approved on March 7th, NVC received it on 14th, and they sent it to consulate on March 18th. I received a confirmation letter from NVC three or four days later, I think. Couple of other cases approved around my timeline were processed even faster than that. In 90 days, your spouse should already be here. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	k3 visa	hi every1.......... long time huh........ oooooh man i'm going for my interview on the 6".... the thing is that when my husband filed my papers he filed using my family name that is ARTI LATA.......and that is what i had in my appointment letter....i just got my RENEWED PASSPORT and in that i changed my name by adding my husbands last name THAT IS ARTI LATA CHAND....to it..... coz i want my husbands name...will it do any problem EVEN MY MEDICAL AND POLICE REPORT WAS DONE ON THAT.... K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	aug filers for k3 visa who have rec noa2	hey.....everyone well i received my noa2 on the 12 of mar....and on the 29 of mar i received a letter from the nvc stating that in a weeks time my case will be sent to the embassy. a case number is assigned to my case...IS WEB SITE PRESENT WHERE I CAN LOG ON AND FIND THE STATUS OF MY CASE LIKE WE DID IN .THE USCIS WEB.... AND MOST IMPORTANT HAS ANY OF THE AUG FILERS HAD ANY REPLY FROM THE EMBASSY....FOR THE PACKET 3..... M SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY IN FEW MONTHS TIME I'L BE WITH MY DREAM BOY........ THANK GOD .......M ON TOP OF THE WORLD TODAY ......thing are moving man.........k3 is alive.... every things going sooooooooooooo fast........... finally my husband got a letter today from the NVC stating that in a weeks time my case will be forwarded to my homeland embassy........ it said that it will send me a check list....that is what all i should prepare to take with me for the interview... since it is a k3 visa can any1 help me out and tell me what all will be in the check list.... what all i need to prepare and what all my husband needs to prepare...... since the nvc will forward it in a weeks time........how long will it take for the embassy to contact me??? Philippines	interview preparation..........	hi every1.. i have my interview on 5" may... things which i have gathered are: -my appointment letter -2 passport size photos -passport -2 copies of ds-156(filed on line and printed copies to be taken on the interview -medical report -police report affidavit of support in the affidavit of support i have got: i134 filled by my husband, a letter from his work stating his work status and his pay, a letter from his bank showing his savings,all his tax records,his pay stubs, AS PROOF OF OUR RELATIONSHIP[/u][/u] i have OUR WEDDING MOVIES, WEDDING PHOTOS,LETTERS AND E-MAILS, CARDS EXCHANGED, PHONE RECORDS THAT IS THE OUT GOING AND THE IN COMING CALLS, TXT MESSAGE RECORDS, GIFTS THAT I RECEIVED....
