Usually you will get touches for a couple days every time you call in to ask questions about your case. These are different from the touches you get when an officer actually takes your case to their desk and does some real work on them. Just FYI, if you are calling often and generating these touches you may not be able to see the "real" touches. Best of luck to getting your approvals soon. I know the wait is very hard! Gotcha. The approvals HAVE to be coming very soon! Hang in there!!! So as I can see in your timeline, it will take approximately another 2 months since u are approved to actually get the visa, hm? But, I will glady go and bring my hubby home with me!! Unfortunately, we still have some ways to go..... Sorry, after the interview Peru you can use DHL carrier for the Visa and it takes two days for the Visa for the United States. This is so damn ridiculous I don´t know what there can be so complicated in sending out our approved cases. I really doubt that people who work there have some sort of empathy ... more likely it looks like they got some f.... stoned hearts!!!!!! LOOK AT THE TOUCHES: 10/26/07 10/28/07 10/29/07 10/30/07 10/31/07 11/01/07 11/02/07 We both have these on our applications, IT JUST HAS TO BE WITH THE SAME PERSON AT CSC. I believe our applications are scanned every morning just because they are with this official but, they are not processing anything yet.... What the hell USCIS!!! Well, in my case, Kim, they required RFE for both I-130 and I-129F. But only I-128F ihas been touching past few days - check my signature. I don´t know what I should think .. The Official must scan every application on their desk; the scan must be if they worked on it or if it justs sits in the pile of applications. I think this is what is happening to our applications. We will have approvals before they change to the next month due dates. But, I believe USCIS will wait to the very last minute.. Just sucks!!! Best of luck of my friend. We should have contacted senators much more earlier because we are over 200 days which is horrible. What´s wrong? Also, when we called USCIS a few times before, we never get specific answer bu only were told to call in 30 days.
