Prove of ongoing relationship

Hi, what evidences do the Guangzhou consulate require and look at?I have photos on our trip to Thailand, picture of our families together, my plane tickets to Wuhan, our boarding passes when we went to Thailand together, hotel receipt in Macau, we don't have any emails or much phone bill to show for because we the app WeChat everyday to talk, receipt of the engagement ring will and pics taken by relatives when I proposed, that be efficient?

btw, your income tax must be a statement from the irs. not your filing copies. just go to your local irs office to obtain your tax transcripts!

there are two types of transcript listed on the IRS website, which one should i request?

Prove of income? i134

Hi all,
Am in the process of preparing i134 for my fiancee, I have a question regarding prove of income and employment. By requirement it says I have to get a written and sign letter from my employer stating my position,salary and years of service. however, my employer Target has their own system when comes to providing such evidence.
They do provide a official company letterheaded printout which has all of my infos on it, my salary(which is over 70k), my position and years of service as of xx/xx(whichever date the document was printed,over 9 years going on 10)). But there is no signature or anything written since it was a printout.
My question is will that be rejected as a prove of income?how about sending my yearly tax paperworks along with it?401k statements?will the Chinese government accepts those as prove of income?

WRONG. That's the GUZ IV Packet 3 supplemental form used for CR-1/IR-1 visa chasers with doc intake at NVC.

NOT K-1 visa chasers, at all.

You had a nomemclature problem with this when you got the RFE for it, as I recall.

One more question,where in this package does it say what forms are to be submitted/mailed to the consular???or is it all electronic forms done on CGI Stanley website now??

How do we check the case status after p3 packet was sent back to the consulate?my fiancee sent her forms back on 9/18 and have not received p4 yet,from what i have read so far is it true there is no longer a physical p4 packets and everything is done online thru CGI Stanley now?and interview can be scheduled before the p4 arrives?she has not registered with CGI Stanley yet should it now or wait for p4?any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
My fiancee finally scheduled her k1 interview for 12/16 at 845am at the Guangzhou consulate, is it true that on that day she is only to hand in her documents and fingerprints?and the actual interview is the next day? So should we book the hotel an extra day anticipating the two day process.

DS 160 needed??urgent

Hi,

My fiancee's interview is in 2 days, and I just found out the new form ds 160 replaces all of the 156 156k and 157 form, do i have to submit that form and get a confirmation for her?

but i saw one of the exception is that

-The K visa applicant has already submitted a valid, signed, unexpired DS-156, DS-156K and/or DS-230 or received instructions to do so?

she send in the ds230 form in August after she received her p3, so i would assume that is not expired. So does that mean she is exempt from the new process??

As usual, I am checking my I129f case status on uscis website, and I got this message

On May 24, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Did anyone ever gotten this message before and what does that usually mean?good?bad? I am nearing 5 month processing time on my petition and this isnthenfirst message I got. Am worried that they are going to initiate a request for more evidence on my case.

As for myself, I already went to my banks and got the consular letters stating my savings, now just waiting to talk to my human resource manager to get the letter stating my employment and income, I got all of my tax transcripts for 2010,11,12 and W2 ready to go also.Gathering all of our boarding passes and photos for proof of ongoing relationship.

7. Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, etc from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 date-now).

This is confusing, am I sending this to the consulate with my i134 or am I sending it to my fiancee?or both?

I got scammed the biggest scam of my life

If you go there and marry her, as she is asking, her K-1 will become null and void and no longer valid. You cannot enter the US with a K-1 visa if you are already married.

What about having just a wedding in China and then come to US to reguster?will that still be considered married??my fiancee really wants a wedding in China since all of her friends and family are there.

About ready to send the I-129F off (need suggestions/input!!)

When I did my I129 package,I send receipt for the engagement ring, photos of us together AND our parents together, boarding passes, and that about it, and the letters of intent from both parties.I only met her once so there wasn't much boarding passes or emails to show for.
