Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	green card (10-year card - after divorce)	I assume you talking about the 10 year GC when you are saying "regular GC".. First of all i wanna say i'm sorry your marriage didnt work out...and... when you are eligible for removal of conditions, as long as you have enough proof to show that you enter a marriage with good intent,but you didnt get along..then i think you should be fine... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	green card (10-year card - after divorce)	hi, I came to US with a fiancee visa about a year and 4 months ago and then got married. The married life did not work and I am about to get divorced.
