Philippines	USEM Interview Schedule	My fiance and I are a bit confused on how to schedule the interview. We've try to track the approved I-129F from NVC going to USEM and USEM just confirmed today that they received it on January 28, 2010 through email. Some excerpt from the email I received is below: Is this mean that I can now go ahed and call the Call Center to schedule my Interview or wait for the snail mail to come? I'm a bit confused. Thanks. I try to check my case status at USCIS.COM and found out that the USCIS mailed notice last Dec. 18, 2009 stating that our K1 fiancee visa has been approved but my fiance never receive the NOA2 yet....how many days does it takes to receive the NOA2 from mailing it??? I think ages for legal marriage are state-specific. They should check the laws of their home state. If she is still 17 when she arrives and they have to get married before the visa expires they would have to go to a state that permits marriages under 18 without parent's consent. If she got written consent from parents in a foreign language I suppose that would have to be translated.
