Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I751 Removal of conditions	Got my GC on October 15, 2013. Would like to check with our VJ community when it is the best time to start releasing restrictions? They iisued me the GC for 2 years. This is my 1st GC after filing for AOS. I must read what restrictions I must start releasing......little bit rested, passed my driving exams and again I returned to study the next step. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	When can I file for my US Citizenship	Hi,   You got your GC in 2011. So you removed conditions and renewed your GC?  As I just got GC on October 15, 2013 and they issued me for 2 years. I know that I should start collecting proves now as this 2 years GC it is Conditional in order to check our marriage relationship. And 90 days prior the expiration date we should file for removing conditions or restrictions with a special form and a new package of docs I think like we filed for a GC before. So you passed this stage as I understand as this is your 3rd year after receiving 1st GC? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Hello August K1 Filers	Hello VJ family member, You can look at our Time processing Table It took time and it was not easy to wait as it took much time to get NOA2. We were in Mexico on our vacation when we got it. Go to our Profile but also I think everything depends also on their amount of cases I mean quantity of Filers in their office and countries can be. It took us some months of waiting seems seven. So try to be just patient. It is on the process. Usually if they need something additional they would require it upon receiving not after some months. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 filers?	To all who are waiting NOA2. My husband filed Petition 129 somewhere in March 2012 so after NOA1 we didnt hear anything for a long time and even started to be nervous like all if something wrong and might we did smth wrong. Usually if the file is not complete they notify you that they need additional docs and if they didn't and notified you that they received the file they already looked through if there are all necessary docs there. Just your file is in the process and you should wait for NOA2. We received NOA2 when we lost our hope even. I remembered that day forever as it was so long waited event for us that I jumped out from my seat and started to kiss my future hubby right in the Internet room among all people around us as we were traveling together (we organized vacation for us to spend together in the 3rd country). I didnt give a ####### that people stares at me like I am crazy....lol. Then I turned to them and said I am sorry we just received NOA2 that we can go on further with our love relationship that we can move that we can have a hope to be together....People smiled and congratulated us.... So look March and October 31! That was the period of waiting. Also I am sure that different Immigration Centers and countries from finances are from matter somehow. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	medical record/vaccination record	we are getting ready to file our aos. my fiance had her medical records and vaccination records updated on november 30, but it says on the record that her validity is only good through june of 2013. so we decided to go ahead and bring all of medical records and immunization records up to date for a green card later this year. my question is , " do we file these new records with her aos or do we wait later fro the green card part to submit it then, or does it even matter when we submit it? thanks terry & mila	terry&mila	Male	Ukraine	2013-01-15 14:47:00

You should have a talk with ur fiance to clarify all details during the Interview (each singe questions and his exact answers). Even before applying to the lawyer you should know all details during the Interview. As u might be know some specific interview details... questions and how he answered.....u know Now there can be 2 options the 1st lawyer & also might be the lawyer will advice u to make K3 (marriage in the 3rd country, not USA and not his home country but somewhere else where he can go and again apply and wait K3 result around 1 year again Interview and so on but they will not be able to refuse as we are a husband and a wife). Just check if your finance situation is enough to cover the husband foreigner must be not ess than demanded level as the Immigration look at this side very precisely. If u love each other go head. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Cenomar? How do i get?	I got married with US citizen, I am from Ukraine (East Europe). Our experience we did not attach any Cenomar to our further docs package. Even more I hear this term for the 1st time in my life. There is no such a requirements in the list of docs. May be it refers only to some specific countries....i would check more detailed.
