K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	A Few Questions	Hi, I was curious about work visas. If your in the US on a tourist Visa from the UK are you allowed to work while your there....and if so and you want to stay longer then the 3 months allowed can you apply for a work visa. and OR can I sponser someone from the UK to come here and work like provide a home for and be finacially responsible if needed to ensure he can come.....Another question, When applying for the k1 on the I-134 form can both parties savings be included or is it just the sponsors? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Anyone else have this problem?	Hi, Has Anyone Else Here Not Have 3 Yrs of Tax Returns and still get approved? My Situation Is Such That The Money I Recieve Monthly For The Past 2 Yrs (with the expection of this yr) Has All Been TAX FREE.I've Been Divorced 3 Yrs Now and Haven't Had To File Taxes.I Have Lived Off Of Child Support And Adoption Assistance, Both Of Which Are Tax Free. Any Suggestions? Can I just attach A Letter Of Explaination Along With Proof Of That Money I Have Recieved Along With This Last Yrs (2005) Tax Return Since I've Now Been Employed For 7 Months Or Is This Going To Be A Huge Problem For Us...C0Sponsor Is Not An Option For Me. I've Read Many Post Regarding This Issue But The End Result From Those That I Have Read, Like Studants That Didn't Have Tax Returns Etc... All End Up Using CoSponsors. Feeling Hopeless N Oregon!
