Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionNOA received...
I have sent on October 2nd the I-751 for me, with my daughter as dependent. TSC received it on 10/04 and the check was cashed on 10/05. Today I got a letter on my daughter's name (she is 7 yo) "to verify that you are included as a dependant in the request for removal of conditions filed by the above-named pricipal alien on the date indicated"...
OK... what am I supposed to do now? Call and tell them: yes guys... that's my daughter... of course she is included...?
Can you please advise???
Thank you.

Hi CristinaS Congrats!!
May I know what kind of list of evidence you sent along with your application

Let me start by saying I'm a pack rat combined with a worry wart when it comes to paperwork... I have been blessed so far when it came to immigration. I don't know whether the fact that I'm putting a bunch of documents for all the immigration steps we had to deal with had anything to do with my luck... so take my list with a grain of salt.
There we go:
1. 1040 - 2005 for me and my husband (even though it was filled separately)
2. copies of bills throughout the 2 yrs we've been here, showing the address and the beneficiary - some in my name, some in my husband's - sent quite a few...
3. car note - shared account
4. bank statement - shared account
5. insurance - both names, cars, residence
6. life insurance - my husband's with me and my daughter as beneficiaries
7. medical insurance - my husband's with me and my daughter as beneficiaries
8. 401K - my husband's with me as beneficiary
9. letters from friends and family (just one friend and my brother-in-law)
10. lots of pics... I just printed 2/page on regular paper...
Don't think there was anything else... but I can check at home since I have a copy of the package I sent... told you I'm a worry wart...

Hope this helps,

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionTSC is working
As strange as this might sound when you look at the processing times for TSC... they DO work. I have no clue what happened but this is how it worked out for me and my daughter:

I751 sent on October 2, 2006
Check cleared TSC on October 5th, 2006
Notice of action received October 13th, 2006
Biometrics Houston November 2, 2006
Approval email sent March 13th, 2007
Cards sent in mail March 19th, 2007

So, for a while now, my journey is over. Cannot say I regret that

Good luck and speedy approvals for everyone.
