K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Frustruated	I'm at about 90 days so far and the last petition adjuciated on this board was from a 1NOA of Oct 27, 2005 my 1NOA was Nov 1, 2005. But there has been no movement for at least a week. Someone on this board got a message that they were expanding the times for processing adding another 90 to 220 days on top of the orginal 90 to 120 days but I cannot confirm that from the California Lack of Service Center. My 1NOA is 2 days after yours at Nov1. My immigration lawyer friend explains this is an administrative review which is not good. I personally think it's just a commom term for your case is on a desk being looked at for the e-mail includes nothing about an administrative review just review. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Response question	Has anyone seen this response from a Service Center before concerning a 129F? I just got one when I inquired about my case. "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this correspondence." It's not an RFE, denial, or approval. Another poster from this board I think his name is UK Tom and myself got the same email message from the CSC yesterday after I contacted them by e-mail. My 1NOA is Nov 1 2005 and his was on the 27th of OCT. I think we are all ok because this message is something that is new to this board no one has gotten this before, and I don't think it's an admin. review. Hey JB more work meant that the NVC had been tasked among other things to run security checks for the K-1's I'm thinking that the CSC now has that task....the embassy has been doing them for years anyway so I don't think it's them who will pick up the work that NVC had. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Form 129F	There is a question on the 129F asking if you ever applied for a fiance before. Make sure you answer giving her name, if the petetion was approved, type of petetion, and service center it was approved at. Then include "see suplement question 13" anyway I think it's question 13......then explain your circumstance of the past relationship. Include what you explained on VJ plus how she returned (any proof) and what if any contact you had with her after she left. As far as it hurting you you should be ok except the new laws limit you on the number of fiance visas you can apply for within a 2 year period. when in doubt disclose........take care. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-129F to NVC from CSC	I'm still waiting for my 2NOA hard copy but did get e-mail and website notification that my I-129F was approved. How long is the wait from CSC to NVC and how long does it take to get the hard copy of your 2NOA? NVC auotmated site said my I-129 no record that's with a 2NOA of Feb 1. Packet 3 which is the packet the embassy sends from Bogota contains a checklist, form DS-2001, and DS-230 parts 1 and 2. So I think I will thank myself and exit stage right. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Lost vaccination records for K-1 interview	My K-1 application is on the way to the embassy in Bogota and my fiance has looked every where for her vaccination records but cannot find them. She then checked the public records in her city in Manizales but they explained since it's 30 years they no longer have them. Now what? Does she get all new shots? I think she should consult a doctor to see what he may advise. I hate like heck going to Bogota only to get rejected over lost shot proof. any ideas? When I track my order on line they say they tried to deliver and left a note... but it is a PO Box they are delivering to right??????? Confused... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 Interview -- Confused	Anything can happen at these interviews and the policy changes at each embassy and with each embassy officer. There is "NO" steadfast answer to your question. Be prepared and go if you can make it to the interview. As Peter in Miami said in Bogota they do routinely ask questions to the petitioner if they show up at the interview. As of recent an immigration attorney who handles many Fiance visas is telling his clients to make the trip if possible. Other VJ members have gone in the past and I'm am going on April 4th with my fiance. It does help in my opinion but many petitioners decide not go and do fine. So it's not mandatory. First Name: Katherine Mother's Name: Garcia Father's Name: Matto She puts her name down as Katherine Matto Garcia. How do I put this on the forms? Garcia as the middle name? No middle name? Just put the full name in other names used? Put in mother's name only in other names used? I am soooo lost..... This First Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name format is messing with my head. You should wite it like this Katherine MATTO Garcia on all forms and if she has a middle name I would add that also so it would be Katherine (middle name) MATTO Garcia This is how I did it and had no problems with the approval so far. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NBC March Filers! Any updates? =(	Our expedite was based on financial hardship and humanitarian...the humanitarian because my husband is in the Occupied West Bank of Palestine..the financial hardship is because I am the only means of support for me and 6 kids...and i lose wages, plus care for the kids while i go to see him...and the trips have become so expensive..I also have 2 children with severe asthma and it would be detrimental to their health if we was to move to his country..they couldnt get the medical attention that they need.  Our congressman asked for this expedite from his office....for us.   You have a great congressman.  I contacted mine back in July and their response was not as helpful, but I will definitely try again.  I am sure it can not hurt, right .  I hope your process continues to move smoothly and quickly through.  Keep me posted   Thank you for responding.
