US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionDs -230
Just received pack 3 from the Embassy in Dublin.
Have just filled in DS-230 part I. Should I also fill out part II and send it in? Should I just wait until I have enverything for the check list and send this with DS-230? Appreciate any help.

I have my K1 interview this Friday in the Embassy in Dublin. I have everything I need plus a folder with: flight itineraries, photos, letters etc. Do the Embassy keep any of this information or do I just show it to the officer? There is quite a lot in the folder and I may need some of it for the AOS etc. later.

Any help would be great.

typically they do not... if they do ask them to make a copy of it...

moving to consulate forum

Thanks.

I am Irish and we received our NOA2 on the 21st of November. My Fiancee is putting together everything for the I-134. On the form the instructions state that the affidavit maybe affirmed before and officer of the USCIS or before a notary public or other officers authorized to administer oaths. We want things done as quickly as possible. Whats the best route to get the form Notarized in the US?

Appreciate any help!

Your bank will do it (for free usually) - or any bank - or look in the phone book under Notary Public.
