US Citizenship General Discussion	State ID required	Oki, if i wana keep NY ID and my perminant mailing address at NY, and i wana apply from taxes, is there any requirement that you must have to have the ID of the same state, and i always file my tax documents from NY. I am in texas temporaily or about next 2 months, so i was thinking when i am here in Taxes why not i apply for my immigration from Taxes, thats what i wana know but i dont know i can apply from here while having NY state ID. thats what makes me confussed. US Citizenship General Discussion	State ID required	Hi, me and my wife live in Taxes and both of us have New York state ID (Driving Livence), now i wana apply for citizenship. can i apply from Taxes or i do i have to go to NY for applying my citizenship because i have NY ID, and what should be the first step i take while applying for citizenship.
