IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - February 2014	So I understand correctly, for BOTH attorney and non-attorney cases, is it that AOS must be completed before the IV bill opens ?     That can't be true.     I thought WITH an attorney both the AOS and IV open up at the same time.    You pay them both and send them packets of documents later.   Saylin, can you chime in here for some clarity ? I ask this because, based on the timeline on my signature, my lawyer requested an expedited processing on 2/5/14 and we received a response from NVC on 2/7/14 (today) stating that my request my under review. Can you please clarify?   I received the automated response, however have not received any email stating under review.
