Other's have gotten RFE's for not submitting it along with their petition, although the instructions say it is not required, it is best to send it anyway to avoid any slowdowns. Give them a call, use the RFE trick, and if you do not get anywhere, call NVC and see if your case is there or has been forewarded to the Embassy. 1 603 334 0700 press 1 then 5, call early in the morning and be ready with your receipt number, name and DOB of the beneficiary and your name and telephone number. As it turns out, we were approved in 80 days, no problems whatsoever. I just was making sure to cover my hind end because I was not certain how USCIS would interpret the IMBRA law.
