Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionEVIDENCE OF MAIL.
I am going to ask a stupid question. about the evidence of removing conditions, i know all about jointly tax returns, bank statements and so on. when receiving mail in both of our names from family and friends, do we send in to uscis just the envelope that has both of our names or do we send in the envelope and cards, letters from friends and family. i know its a stupid question but i want to make sure so we won't make any mistakes. thank you everyone.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionPlease help! Very worried
garfield is right. as long as you have your taxes being marry, you have no problem. but for sure, they will ask for more evidence which will be your taxes. just have them ready. makes no difference if both of you file jointly or not. as long as you have it down as being marry for the both of you.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionPlease help! Very worried

Hello everyone:
When I submitted my I-751 application in Nov 2011, I didnt know this forum, so I guess I missed the most important thing in the application package.
I submitted
Joint bank account
Joint health insurance
Joint lease of our rental apt
Joint Utility bills
Letters from 2 of my friends
Tickets of the cruise we went to
Pictures
Phone bills

But, I didn't include my tax return. In 2009 and 2010, we filed as "married filing separately". That's the reason I didn't submit it. Now after reading all the posts here, I become very worried. Does it mean that I will have a RFE for sure?

Thanks for your help!

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussiondoes western union consider as evidence.
hi everyone, here is my question. every 2 weeks, my wife sends money back to her family in the philippines. as sender, she has her maiden and marry name on the western union paper as the sender and also the address which we are living at. do you think that i can use this as evidence when it is time to roc. its only her name on it but i have also other evidence with both of our names. thanks everyone.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionFiling I-751 and change of address
put your new address on the 751 application. also, you can do the ar-11 again and call uscis and do it over the phone. bank statements in both of your names will help. also you would need two letters from friends and family stating that they know both of you being husband and wife and for how long thay had know you. get the letters noterized.

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionmoney order
if you are talking about the money order to send in with your roc application, you can send in one moneyorder for the total amount. if i am right, the money order has to be from a bank and not a post office money order.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionSans tax return possible?
you have to send in your tax return to uscis. it has to show marry and you should file jointly. i don't care what anyone said's,if you don't send in any tax papers for the last two years, most likely you won't get approved. matter of fact, they will tell you at the interview that you are not approve. didn't you file and if not, why?

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionBank Statements-How Many?
you only need to send the first page showing both of your names. i would send statements for every month for the last 2 years up to the day you sent out the 751 application.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionOther factors that may affect your creditbility
only thing that matters is jointly assets, joint tax returns, joint bank accounts such as checking account, savings account, any credit cards you might have in both names. doctor or not, it will still take the same amount of time. your ages doesn't matter, the amount of money that you earn from your job doesn't matter. as long as you have some joint assets, no arrest record, file joint tax returns for the last 2 years. you will be ok. also, any mail that you received in both of your names. don't worry friend.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionQuestion 7 on I-751 (yes or no)
I would answer all the questions true. uscis checks out everything very good. tell the truth and provide them all the paperwork from the arrest. as long as there is no more arrest on his record, you will be ok. if you lie, uscis will find out when they go into their database. there might be a serious problem if you lie and if they find out. matter of fact, they will find out. just tell the truth and you will be ok. good luck

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionIt is OK to staple I-751 submission documentation?
DO NOT STAPLE YOUR DOCUMENTS. YOU CAN USE PAPER CLIPS. THERE WON'T BE NO ONE THERE ON SUNDAY. USCIS WILL GET IT SOMETIME ON MONDAY. IF SOMEONE HAS TO SIGN FOR IT, THE MAIL MAN WILL LEAVE A SLIP IN THEIR MAIL BOX SAYING THERE IS A PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE WAITING TO BE PICKUP FROM SOMEONE FROM USCIS.I DON'T KNOW HOW OR WHICH WAY YOU ARE SENDING YOUR PAPERS BY OVERNIGHT. I REMEMBER SENDING MY PAPERWORK FOR MY WIFE AOS, AND I WANTED SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR IT. IT TOOK 4 DAYS BEFORE SOMEONE FROM USCIS HAD PICK UP THE PACKAGE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO SOMEONE FROM USCIS SOMETIME AGO AND SHE HAD TOLD ME TO NEVER SEND PAPERS WHICH REQUIRE SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THAT IS GOING TO A P.O. BOX. YOU CAN HAVE THE OVERNIGHT EXPRESS FROM THE POST OFFICE CONFIRM THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED TO THAT BOX NUMBER. I BELIEVED THAT ITS A GREEN AND WHITE SLIP. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU A LITTLE. GOOD LUCK.

Hello Everyone,

I am new on Visa journey. However, I filed the I-751 in September 2011 and after the biometrics in October, I have not heard from USCIS ever since. Have any with the same time frame heard from them?

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionBank Letter Debacle
go to the bank with your husband and tell them you want to add his name to the bank account. after that, ask them to print out the paper showing both of your names. they can do this if they are not lazy. if the person refuses which i don't think so, see and talk to the bank manager. good luck.

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionneed the experts help..
you have to remove conditions first. you have to send out the application to removed conditions 90 days before your 2 year gc expires. you have to send in to uscis 2 years of evidence of proof that you are still husband and wife and still living together.

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionremoving conditions letter
did you fill out 865 form, changed of address along with the ar-11. 865 has to be filled out by the sponser. what i would do is to filled out again the ar-11 and 865 and mail both copies to the vsc with a signed receipt proof of delievery. did you do the ar-11 online? if you did, its in their data base.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionWife's green card expires in 6 days, what to do?
let's face it, you got problems. you are supposed to send in the 751 package 90 days before the gc expires. if not received on time, your wife will not be approved. you really have to think hard on what you really want to do. why didn't you prepared your wife's 751 package 3 months early? how many more days you have left? it looks like as of now, you got 4 days left to do everything. its up to you now.
markiweiss49MalePhilippines2012-03-13 15:52:00
Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionWife's green card expires in 6 days, what to do?

Yep, if FedEx, DHL or UPS can guarantee overnight to and from Belize - this sounds like the best option.

If not, fly to Belize tomorrow, and fly her back with you.

If she's the mother of your children, and you think you have a future together, I absolutely would not chance sendin it in late.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionWife's green card expires in 6 days, what to do?
i am not a expert but i am sure that someone on vj could give you better advice than me. you can send passport and gc by fedx, overnight and it will get there 3 days the most but you have to do this now. without passport and gc, your wife is stuck in her country. like i have said before, i am sure that someone on vj can give you more information than me.
markiweiss49MalePhilippines2012-03-12 17:13:00
