Philippines	Psychiatric Exam	hey! just relax, okay? everything will be okay. my interview is on october 18 i scheduled it a month after my medical, because i knew that my scars will cause a delay. i myself doesnt think of it as a suicide attempt as ive said before i did that out of frustration. when my ex broke up wd me, all i want is for him to come back. let me share to all of you a misconception about suicide People think that anyone who tries to kill him/herself must be crazy. But most suicidal people are not psychotic or insane. Philippines	Psychiatric Exam	"I was too proud to admit that I did not pass the bar exams first time and I was too old to be getting all emo." in this statement it seems like you were proud to have those scars? is that it? During my physical exam, i lied and said i got it burnt from a square pan, but my doctor didn't believed it so he referred me to have a psych evaluation. During my psych eval, the psychiatrist asked me what really happened and i told her the truth. she didn't asked me why i lied the during my physical exam. it was just for 5 mins and she asked me to call on monday to check my results, and when my fiance called st. luke's everything is fine and i can go there right away and get my vaccine. how about you? did they told u when to call them back to check for the results?	kokoninicko	Female	Philippines	2012-09-27 08:24:00

Philippines	VISA APPROVED!	VISA APPROVED today! The pre screener is nice to me! although I heard that some Filipino pre screeners were rude compared to the American consul. He just asked me my birth certificate, cenomar, and nbi clearance. Then he asked me how I met my fiancé, how many times he visited me and the last time we saw each other. He then asked me the affidavit of support and he encircled the income of my fiancé and then he asked for the 1040,and W2. He asked me what's my fiancé work, I told him he is in the military and he asked me for my fiance's Statement of service and Member Data Summary. He told me to prepare my proof of relationship wd my fiancé and wait my number to be called. When my number flashed on the screen that was the time I felt nervous. My hands and feet were sweating! LOL! But I still managed to greet the consul good morning and smiled at him. She just asked me 2 questions, what is my fiance's job, I told him he is in the Military. And the last question, where is he stationed at. And then she smiled and said my papers were good and congratulated me! YAYY! I heard that its only limited, like 15 slots per session. 15 in the morning and another 15 in the afternoon. I should bring 2 valid Id's with picture Guidance counseling form (can be found in their website) And the payment which is 400 pesos. Is this all I need to bring? Philippines	SSN for K1	we went to homeland security here in won pat airport. they told us that its impossible that they do not have any records of me arriving here in guam bec they issued me the form i94, that's basically the proof that we got here in guam. so we asked them why SSA is saying that i dont have any records! you know what they told me? I SHOULD ADJUST MY STATUS FIRST BEFORE THEY CAN ISSUE MY SSN! so my husband and i were both shocked! because i have friends here in guam who got their ssn even if they haven't adjusted their status yet. they also told us to go to uscis local office here in guam and make an appointment. wth happened here in guam? did they change the process? help!!!	kokoninicko	Female	Philippines	2013-01-04 22:50:00
