USCIS Service Centers	not fair :(	the USCIS site says processing takes 5 months, you have barely reached 3 yes, the maximum time is 5months... but we process our paper at CSC which it is quite faster now in approving the NOA2.. there are some june filers have their NOA2, they process CR1 visa like mine.. i thought first come first serve..well except for the army filer and for the people who are qualified for the expedite... but those are just normal filers like us... sigh! but i know time will tell.. and God only knows.... thanks everyone	nate and riyn	Male	Philippines	2012-08-17 21:13:00
USCIS Service Centers	not fair :(	Im sorry if im a bit sad and frustrated about waiting for this NOA2 .. just wondering why some latter applicant was already approved and early applicant still dont have any replies in NOA2 from CSC... hubby just called the USCIS and asked about our case.. he was just answered by the customer service that it is a case to case bases.. and we probably hear any reply on October if it is a case to case basis... then what are the possible requirements that would help our papers goes quicker? i believe that we all pass the same requirements, right? as for me and my husband.. we both never experience divorce and never been married... (sigh!) im sorry if i just need to vent. i just feel so lonely and missing him so much.. so hard to be far from my husband if only hubby can find a job in my place the we wont get worry about this paper processing that much ... sigh! US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	PAPERS NOT YET IN THE NVC ITS BEEN 20 DAYS NOW, WAITINF RO THE CASE COMPLETE :(	guys, i really need your help.. :,( our lawyer sent our package Nov.16 and when we called the NVC awhile ago they said they havent receive our papers yet. since our lawyer sent the package me and my husband kept calling them every week. im worried coz maybe our lawyer didnt sent our papers and just fool us..did anybody experience this? that the NVC said they havent have any records about our papers in their system. what's this all about? is this mean that they havent received our papers yet or the NVC disclose about the information that they already receive but theyre not allowed to tell us that they already have our papers? we're waiting for the case complete now.. pls help me guys i really need your all advice regarding my problem :'(	nate and riyn	Male	Philippines	2012-12-06 07:46:00

Sometimes you have to wake people up with strong words, and please excuse my French (or Ilocano)...because I've heard from some travelers that the seminar was a complete waste of time. For some it could as well be a total waste of time since many Filipinas are well versed with travel. But there are still those 10% that don't really know where the US is on the globe, and this seminar is for them. Unfortunately, the immigration officers in the airports couldn't tell which ones are "tanga" and which ones are not, so they require everybody to have this at the expense of those "who are already in the know"..Again sorry for the strong words. no need to use strong words for people who only need some advise.. coz like i said he was just asking about the red ribbon stuff and not the CFO seminar and even if filipinas like me are already aware about the life in abroad, we still need to have that stuff for us to go through on the customs since this is one of the requirements	nate and riyn	Male	Philippines	2012-08-21 20:25:00

If you had attended the CFO seminar at the DFA without first receiving your Visa from the US Embassy in Manila, yes you need to go back to the DFA where you took the CFO seminar and obtain the stamp (I believe it's redd in color) affix beside your US Visa. This shows the immigration people at the Manila Airport that you have completed this Philippine Government seminar for all emigrants to other countries. This seminar is important for all "emigrants" so that they're not too "TANGA" when they get to the States or other countries. Red Ribbon???	having the philippine papers put a red ribbon in DFA could help for future reference... tell her not to touch any visa papers.. she only need to put a red ribbon on her TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS, DIPLOMA, ect... if she have.. coz its common here in philippines right now that some papers are fraud... so having the papers put a red ribbon could prove that all his papers are valid and true... this is good also for future reference, if she wants to work in america, or upgrade her education.. im doing that soon too since i finished my nursing degree here .. DO NOT PUT A RED RIBBON IN ANY OF HER VISA PAPERS... NO NEED FOR HER TO DO THAT... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	While waiting for K1 Approval	Hi to all my fellow filipina's out there who are waiting for approval of K1 visa, and to all who are still in the process of K1 visa, I decided to post a topic here in VJ, as i have read a lot of post here about K1 visa, many of us are very Frustrated with the "SLOW" process or moving of each one of us cases, All of us are keep on checking if we already got APPROVE or at least move 1 step closer to get approve. Everyone of us, want to be with their love one as soon as possible, want to start a new begining with the one they want to spent the rest of their life... Many of us keep on checking other "TIMELINES" and sometimes keep on comparing their case to the other, once they see that other got approve first than they are. (knowing the fact that they start the process on the same time) Well each case are diffrent.Some other case need to complete the requirements before going to the next step... EX.1. some may need a POLICE CLEARANCE came from othercountry where they used to work... some dont need this if u don't work abroad. 2. Some need to wait another 2 months after seeing their "CHEST X- ray" once a person diagnose with a "SCAR" on their lungs, doctor need to do another test like "sputum test" and it wiil take time to "cultivate" it. After this doctor will diagnose if u have "ACTIVE or not ACTIVE TB" once u are ok. then youre ready to take another step... SO I write this topic for those are still waiting to get approve to be more prepared.. not only with the papers or documents that the embassy will ask to us...BUT also be healthy with your health too.Keep your self busy instead of being disapponted, that our application haven't approve yet.. Make each day extra special with your family and friends... cause once u get approve.. sooner or later u will have to leave them. And Remember there is a new begining for you to a foreign land, where everything is a new start. " TREASURE" every moment that u are still on your own land (Country). TO ALL.... Tell them Brian and Erenea sent you. thank you for your help, at first me and my husband noticed that our lawyer dont use to reply our emails..and we are already both upset and keep messaging her.. and i even noticed that she dont use to message me or even explain things about the visa process.. as a wife and a beneficiary, i believed that i have my right to know everything as well and thanks to VJ people, they really help me a lot by letting me understand the visa process and since i learned, i message back the lawyer and asked few things like what visa did she apply for us, is it CR1 or IR1 and when did we recieved the NOA1, when did she apply and i even asked about how am i going to obtain the COC in singapore, maybe she was surprise how did i learn all of this things, and after that she is now use to reply my email and update our status and hopefully she wont take long to process everything as soon as she received any updates, anyway me and my husband can received updates from USCIS in our email so she cant foolo us hopefully	nate and riyn	Male	Philippines	2012-07-14 11:21:00

I called a month ago and I told they are now working on applications dated 16th January.  I keep checking my status and it's still on  initial review.  Can anyone help or advice me on what to do since it's taking long. Nearly 7mths now. Wow!!!
