USCIS Service Centers	TSC approvals but not forwarded to NVC	ohh guys we got NOA-2 on june 17 and NVC do not receive it yet!! it is almost one month passed. and on July 12 we received a message about post decision activity with our case   we called to the USCIS and talked to two different guys who were very nice and tried to help but didnt have any idea what is happening with our case.   so we think that Texas sent our case back to vermont instead of sending it right to NVC and only now Vermont sent it to NVC. USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	Did anybody among people whose case were transferred to Texas get a new number of case???   Our case was sent to Department of State instead of NVC. This message they sent us on July, 17: :On July 16, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing". K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Case transfer of I-129F? VSC	I want to give some hope for people whose cases were transferred to Texas. Our petition was accepted on 7 jan, 2013 (Vermont) and on 25 May we received a letter that our petition was transferred to Texas (as all you guys received), that made us upset because it seemed we would wait indefinitely. My fiance wrote to his congressman about one week ago and got an answer that if we wouldnt have any result during 45 days then we should call him again. so, 17 june our case was approved i am incredibly happy and wish all you guys to get your approvments soon!	bershia	Female	Russia	2013-06-18 01:45:00
