need some help or advise...ASAP !!!!

good morning to everyone here i am sending my letter to show to everyone about my problem . well i am married for an american who are presently residing in the philippines for over 2yrs now.we had a kid who is 10 months old now. our case is unique from other couple here since we are permanently live in the philippines and have business here. we would like to visit to the USA for 1-3 months in able to see and meet my husband family and relatives .

we dont know what kind of visa we supposed to do? how long it takes to approves? how hard to get it ? we need some help for the expertise who had same problem we had.. any help from everyone .we would cherish and be thankful for any help. thank you and have a nice day

Okay Sis.. and how long it will take the Medical Visa? from the day it file and approved?

Hi there. We need also to bring our Little Girl to the US for a urgent Surgery ? What type of visa we need to get which the fastest way? Do u had idea how much it takes for us to wait and approved? and How about the cost ?

Visa Reissuance Program

Thanks for all the reply. I am a IR1 visa and been expired last year around Oct.2013 .We failed to go to US since my youngest kid in the hospital by the time that we need to go to US. So , this year of Feb. we sent back my visa packet along with my Passport to the embassy .Luckily they update my status and now they want me to undo the medical, NBI , and also need to show up for the interview and pay the fees.

I am curious if anyone here have the same status i undergo now? I have no idea? if i need to do another interview ?

I am so glad that how easy then in that case. All i need is walk in and pay them along with the DS160.

Last question do i need to get an appointment date for this matter becuase the entrance of the US embassy looking for an appointment letter .

Hi to all here!!! ,

:joy: i got 2 children age 6 and 2 from my american husband .I am also a IR1 visa.My Children are also a US Passport Holder/Philippines Passport holder since they born here in the Philippines. We would like to travel together with my children to the US soon ,Now the Question is do i still need to go to CFO for thier CFO Sticker for theri Philippines Passport since this children are Dual Citizen?Any info very appreciated? :joy:

I am a American Citizen by birth living in the Philippines.I came to the Philippines 6 years ago and married my Filipina 5 years ago here in the Philippines.We have 2 children. A boy aged 4 years old and a girl age 4 months old. I also have a step son from my wife's previous relationship (not Married), age 11 years old.My daughter, was born on March 6th 2012 with several heart defects. We have done preliminary treatment/surgery at the Philippine Heart Center under the care of Dr. Lopez.I wish to bring my family to the USA for a period of 2 to 3 years to complete the medical care for our baby Filicia. We would be staying with my sister in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, as I no longer have assets in the USA. I would be working on contract jobs during the 2 to 3 year period while my wife would care for the children.

My question is what type of Visa should we be applying for, as we are only seeking a short term stay in the USA, not permanent?

1. Type of Visa for my Wife?
2. Type of visa for my blood children (2)?
3. Type of visa for my step child?

Is there a expedited process to get the visas quickly due to the medical condition and need for care of our daughter??

Please give any help/advise so we can begin the process and expedite in a timely manner.

Greetings!

My husband is an american living in the philippines and we been married for almost 6 yrs now. We just file our IR-1 last Oct.9, 2012. We wondered what is the next step we will expecting for and how long should we wait ? Any idea on how long or time line we will finally got my visa approved since we just file last Oct.9 , 2012. Any info much appreciated.

And also we just got our CRBA & US Passport for our 2 kids which is 8 months and 4 yrs old.Does it helps if we will also show this to US Embassy for my IR-1 Application? And Finally for our concern one of our kid had Congenital Heart Defect and we need to bring her to the US ASAP!!! Is there a way we can speed this up ?

Hi there , yes.. it happens so fast.. we never expect that 3 months and 8 days since we file for our petition for I-130 ...yay!! all we had to do is we do what they say .. we waited 3 months & exact 3 months we email them again and asking for the update.. and on that day they reply back that within 5 days they will give us the feedback again.. so and they were accurate on the days they given me so far and we are so lucky petitiions everything looks well .....and piece of advice we send all docs promptly...asap...
