What's done is done. Your petition will be corrected and approved in it's time. They may send an RFE, they may do a name check on the wrong name. Who really knows at this point. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	No touch at all	I am wondering how long we have to wait ? I mean after how many days we can contact with CSC to ask about our case, such as 30 days or 60 days ??? I have no touch at all after the REF received...JULY12, 2006.......Can anyone give me some information? According to one of the VJ members, most approvals occur approximately 45 days after receipt of the IMBRA RFE, and you are outside of that window. Hmmm! Since CSC has reverted back to processing by the NOA1 date, I'm hoping that you will not be waiting much longer. My apologies, I don't really have an answer, but I wanted to relay what I have read. We are March filers left in the dust by CSC. our case has not even touched since July 08 when they received the RFE. I'm wondering if they have lost our file. our NOA1 is dated March 23. 06 and nothing yet. Sorry for not being cheerfull, one of those nights. I felt the same way... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I feel like crying. Guh.	bebop + rocksteady - I have wanted to post my opinion on this particular thread but never have until now. I understand where you are coming from but your time will come (like someone was kind enough to write to me). Truly rejoice in the success of others only makes your success that much sweeter. There have been folks here that appear to be down right bitter (IMO) when others receive their NOA2 because of the unacceptable delays in their case.
