IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-864 Question	The most important concern is your current income. Yodrak By current income, do they look at both the previous years ITR and my current job? Im sort of in the same situation, i went to school last year and only worked part-time and made around $12,000. My current income for this year is well above that. I do have the last 3 years ITR's along with my employment offer letter stating my yearly salary and paystub showing my income YTD.
