They will Issue the Visa according to Passport name Not according to any other document . Once the Visa issued according to Passport Name it will be the same name no matter what you do or where ever you run .  How i know that bcz i m going through same thing and we spoke with Department of State about that . Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	Administrative Process without 221g	Hi Guys ,   Had my immigrant Visa interview last week and Co asked me allot of questions but i answerd them all than they said have a seat and other officer came he gave me a Paper but 221g was not Checked and not any box was checked Except one which was saying ( OTHER : Please note that your case is going further administrative processing and we hope to complete the earliest possible opportunity ..... will notify you if we need anything .    Question is i seen others who got 221g but i was not given that but when i asked him he was my interview OK ?he smiled and said So far so good . Kamraan i also had interview in JULY but they said AP i emailed them and they answers me very polite way and they are nice to me . We never called DOS but we are in touch with the Riyadh EMBASSY where i had my interivew in the recent email they said :   Mr. ****,   Your case is unfortunately still pending administrative processing. You will be contacted when it is completed.
