K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Frequent Visits	Between getting together with my wife in September 2011 and getting married filing for AOS in April this year I entered the USA 15 times.  I work a rotating Rota as well 28 days on 28 days off.  I carried no documents proving anything and was never hassled at all at any immigration.  From may 2012 to May 2013 I spent 8 days in my home country of the UK and those were with my wife, there were never any issues at any immigration point.  I do have 2 passports, both british, and did split my entries between them, but I'm sure immigration is aware of the link.	h13rma	Male	Scotland	2013-09-27 07:21:00

Offshore worker	That is a long time for processing the work authorization.   OK...another question.   As I travel a lot with my job...i have 2 passports. If the interview goes well I will have my visa issued too one of them..   If i have the K-1 visa, can I enter on the VWP with another passport?   I did almost exactly this earlier this year, except we did an AOS rather than the K-1.  I also considered using my other passport with the VWP to go back to Angola, but in the end I just waited.  As soon as your paperwork has been accepted apply for expediated advanced parole, and get a letter from your company explaining that you are required for a rotational position and will cause company and you a material loss if you cant travel.  We also got a letter from our Congresswoman.  It took me 28 days to get advanced parole, but you have to factor in the time for paperwork to be submitted. We had some new starts so one of them filled my rota slot and I came out as his back to back, replacing someone who had blue stamped out. I wouldn't risk the second passport, I have never worked out if USCIS has linked the two together or not. I have it bookmarked on all the computers I have access to and it's always up on the screen so I can check it. Though I only check it every hour...on the hour...since that's the moment it updates. Yes, I have it timed now. CSC was moving really slow last month so I wonder if they gave VSC some of their applications to process. I believe they did that a time before too. Which means we're at a stand still cause CSC can't manage their work load. Another Igor's list addicted? Welcome!!! I didn't know about the update time, I can check every hour omtead every 30 minutes!!! I have the same thought about why VCS is so slow lately.... We are just waiting for the great news!!!! Approved and VISA in hand!!!!! We got it in the mail on Thursday. Joseph will arrive in Orlando tomorrow!! We were hoping his POE could be Dublin Airport but not sure if they are there during the weekends but anyway.....he will be here tomorrow. All that waiting, worrying, and speculating is over for now. I know we still have the AOS etc to do but right now I just want to bask in the realization we will finally be together! Thanks everyone for the information and for the support.
