Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Removing conditions on Residence with child	Hi Me and my Son have to remove our condition on residence and my child came to this country with me but he had a separate case, even if we both got a letter from the USCIS about changing our status, can I list him as my child on the I-751 form and pay only one fee since our green cards expire the same day and we had been doing the process together from the beginning or should We file separate?
