His back claws are all worn down and the vet said that it looked like he was trying to escape from whatever it was he was stuck in for a very long time. My Nephew can claim citizenship now that he has that. I won't go in to huge detail about my BIL's visa interview, however many many many years ago he was caught with marijuana. What I do want to say is that because the very old court documents did not state what he was caught with - just that he was caught - he had to file a waiver. The USCIS person was so nice, she already had it all ready to go, they just had to write a note saying what he had been in possession of and pop out and get a money order - how efficient/nice is that! I'm super fair and it's insane how much time I've spent in the sun (probably not good).
