IMBRA Special Topics	IMBRA	Very sorry about this question, I have read the posts pertaining to IMBRA but I can not find one dealing with my question.. My question is , I met my Fiancee on My Forgien Bride , They say they are a Internetional Marriage Broker by law. I have never commited a crime in my life , I have no police record , should I go to the police station and get some report from them stateing that fact or should I do nothing. I was going to send it in with my I- 129f documents . I just wanted to have the info for them from the beggining. I am hopeing this will help in not causing any delays in the process.. Philippines	St.Lukes info to Embassy	Because of a medical situation in the Philippines , we have to change our medical and interview plans . So I have a couple of questions that I hope I can get some help for . #1) How many days does it take for St.Lukes to send info to Embassy ? #2) We are going to ask CO if we can pick up the visa , so how long (days) does it take to be able to go back and get visa ? basic outline is as follows.. Tue & Wed do medical .. Fri have the interview.. Hopefully can pick up visa on Monday. I know I am assuming alot here , but this is our best case senerio. I hope someone has a answer. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	March 2009 K1 Filer	I have found this process to be very fast and easy for us . I sent our I-129f on Mar.6 , and they recieved it on the 9th. Got the NOA1 on the 14th. Thats 5 days for the NOA1.. I noticed a misspell on the I-129f , called USCIS on the 16th about the error , Got immediate correction and a email the same day confirming the correction . And I have been able to check our staus without any problems at all .. All I can say is I pray that this fast responces will continue. Good Luck to All . Here is what we have to submitt, do you think we have it covered ?? Meeting in past 2 yrs.. My boarding passes to Manila My itenerary to Manila Recipt from hotel we were at , it has both names on it Reciept from another hotel with both names on it Pictures of us together and pics with us and her kids Both boarding passes on a trip we took to another location , both hers and mine ( to location and back to manila) Itinerarie of our trip together ( has both names) My passport stamps for Philippines Ongoing Relationship Phone Bills. ( approx 60 calls in 3 months) Moneygrams (4 in 2 months) Western union P.O. reciept copies of cards sent and recieved ( 16 of them) Emails ( 40) Chat logs ( 2 times a day everyday) Just wondering if others thought I have everything covered .. On a previous post of mine I was told by some NOT to use oue Western Union and Moneygram recirpts as evidence of ongoing relationship.. I want to help take care of them now , until we are together, I just do not understand why it is not good idea to show them..... Just thinking that might save alot of time if they didnt have to wait for it to come back. Things that seem so real to us ,just may be viewed differently by the CO. We chat twice daily (have log) Phone calls every couple of days,( have bills) Letters sent back and forth, pics of us and with her 2 kids, 2 trips to see her (4 months apart), and will probably have 4 trips total by interview and of course numerous e-mails from each other . This type of relationship is hard enough , but not seeing each other makes it harder.. I know she said for you to wait , but hey , its your money and if you want to see you , I would just do it .. I havent seen my fiancee in 4 months , I am going back in 2 weeks . And I will not wait 4 months again ,,,3 at the most. We file our petition as soon as I get back ( Oct 6 ), And I will be there again for x-mas and then it should be about time for interview and I am going back for that also.. I talked to a good friend of mine today and he is the regional director for my Federal Congressman, we talked about the K1 visa and why it takes so long for a US citizen to get there loved ones here to marry. I was told that if just a single person now and then contacts a congressman about the long wait time , then nothing is going to happen to change the situation. He then said that if there is a large organized group that can contact the different congressman that deal with immigration issues , then something might get done to speed the process up. YOUR CERTIFICATION: I am legally able to and intend to marry my alien fiancé(e) within 90 days of his or her arrival in the United States. I certify, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the foregoing is true and correct. Furthermore, I authorize the release of any information from my records that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services needs to determine eligibility for the benefit that I am seeking.
