IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CR-1 financial requirements	Hi Me and my fiancee have been looking at the CR-1 visa. We have a question about the financial requirements. It states that she will 3 years of tax returns and has to be making at least 125% above the U.S federal poverty. The thing is, she doesn't have 3 years of tax returns as she was a full time student, will this be a problem? Also, how long do you need to be working at least 125% above the federal poverty for? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 Medical	Hi everyone. I was wondering about the K1 Visa medical. It states a list of vaccines that are required, pre AOS. I live in the UK and I'm thinking about getting the required vaccines prior to the Official panel medical at my local practice. I have spoke to my local practice and they can provide my immunization records, and also give me any of the missing required vaccinations. I have seen that you don't require some if you are a certain age. I am 23, out of these, what ones would I need to get?
